Pros

The best thing about this platform is that it's user friendly, enabling you to create a beautiful event in minutes. Managing the event is even easier with the Bizzabo.
Loved the quick feedback from the team as well - representative is of this world lovely, patient. The templates were great and loved how integrated the website and the app were.
I really like the simplicity and ease that Bizzabo provides together with the attractive look and feel. Delegates were thrilled with the app as they found it highly useful and interactive.

Pros

The Converve team are great to work with and they showed fantastic customer service and professionalism.
Mark and his team are true professionals and have been a pleasure to work with. When needed, they are responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful.
The team has been, and continues to be, a great support resource. We are very happy working with converve.

Cons

We also had an issue with our message coming out of the Bizzabo being identified as spam by some of our recipients.
Before we used our own main website, which was really hard on time management as every change we had to do was through our development team (even when it came to changing a full stop).
Using a product for web management, a product for email and crm, a product for retargeting, a product for ticket sales etc. and tying them all together is a COLOSSAL PAIN.

Cons

The possibility of having a template that you can apply to the same type of events during the year is missing.
UX is quite bad: You see your agenda, but then you can't click on each item. You need to go to your whole agenda view, choose the day, then scroll down to find the meeting you planned.
Which is really bad when you want to dispatch the tasks within a team.
