Pros

The best thing about this platform is that it's user friendly, enabling you to create a beautiful event in minutes. Managing the event is even easier with the Bizzabo.
Loved the quick feedback from the team as well - representative is of this world lovely, patient. The templates were great and loved how integrated the website and the app were.
I really like the simplicity and ease that Bizzabo provides together with the attractive look and feel. Delegates were thrilled with the app as they found it highly useful and interactive.

Pros

It started off being a good software and I enjoyed the professional help from their technical team.
It is very versatile and the customization ability is fantastic. Customer service is second to none.
Activities and packages fairly easy to build and get up and running. I love the ability to connect with other systems and the OTAs.

Cons

We also had an issue with our message coming out of the Bizzabo being identified as spam by some of our recipients.
Before we used our own main website, which was really hard on time management as every change we had to do was through our development team (even when it came to changing a full stop).
Using a product for web management, a product for email and crm, a product for retargeting, a product for ticket sales etc. and tying them all together is a COLOSSAL PAIN.

Cons

Unfortunately once their frequent and lasting outages started to happen, I have lost complete trust in this company and product.
After selecting the activities you want - they did not all go into final list - on average the system missed 4 each time so had to re-choose them all. Frustrating and time consuming.
Unfortunately, our clients only sees your website and this flawed product will directly impact your reputation.
