Pros

Bookster was very easy to setup and include into our own web site content. Their online help was very good and very responsive.
Great customer support, very responsive and friendly. Extensive booking analytics (Including Google Analytics).
Great tool for bulk addition of promo codes, discounts, extras and more. Suitable for different kind of accommodation.

Pros

Its been excellent and I can see how it will be very important to save me time and effort going forward. Customer support has been very clear and quick responding.
I like that such many features are included in the subscription. Your Porter has provided an opportunity for me to explore several opportunities for growing our hospitality business.
It is a good software that will save me lots of time and headaches from double bookings and logging into to multiple OTA's. It is great to be able to do things from one place.

Cons

I am impatient for some more tools to be developed to assist with multiple property management.
Frankly, that's a bit arrogant - in this game, Bookster is not the Daddy.
I think us renters all have the same feelings toward Booking.com I hate their system. Well, good news, Bookster removes that PAIN.

Cons

The software is buggy in unimportant places, there are quite a few dead links.
Inability to create a custom auto-reply to an initial inquiry on VRBO (but I have been told they are working on it).
The way you have to make a template first, then schedule a message is a bit frustrating.
