Overall, my experience with Boostlingo was good, it was a fast platform, no errors or bugs and it was very intuitive, I did not have any problems. What I do highlight is the system of “fishing calls” instead of being assigned to each one with some prudential time (for example 15 seconds before the call is redirected to another person), I did not like that at all and I consider that it is rather ideal for beginners who are willing to play “that game”.

Overall, Boostlingo has been an amazing company to work with.  For every con, there are easily ten times as many pros to their service – most that I ran out of room to mention!  The personal connection provides assurance that we are heard & that our organizational needs are important.  Support provides quick solutions.  Support has never made me feel bad about my bad habit of forgetting to hard refresh our browsers after an update.  After being in the interpreting field since 2007, I have seen our area change and expand.  Boostlingo is allowing our agency to become a commanding force within the market.  With the assistance of our account manager & Boost’s developer, I have been able to see changes I wish for become reality.  Everyone hopes that their feedback is heard when it is provided; Boostlingo hears what is said, they evaluate what is said, and they implement aspects of what is said, which benefits all organizations using their platform.  Take many of these cons I noted earlier as smaller, localized issues and not global level issues with all Boostlingo partners.  I came to this organization and Boostlingo was sitting here, idle.  No transition was planned; our account manager helped me understand the potential and supported us as we moved to Boostlingo.  Then I ripped the band aid off, gave my team 5 days’ notice, and we were live – now, I can’t imagine going back to our previous system! The potential for massive growth has been presented to us with Boostlingo’s system

Chris:                                                 Hi, my name is Chris, chief operating officer of a medical practice with about 45 employees. And on a scale of 0 to 5, I would definitely rate Boostlingo a 5.
                                                       So prior to using Boostlingo, we were using a service called LanguageLine, which requires a phone in each exam room that we had. And as a facility that does not have a hardwired phone in each room, that made it really challenging to connect with an interpreter because we just didn't have access to landlines in our exam rooms. Also, the cost was incredibly high. It was a cost per dial as opposed to a monthly subscription cost, which made it really not very cost-effective for our practice.
                                                       So our practice chose to use Boostlingo. I had actually implemented Boostlingo at a previous practice, so I was familiar with their customer support, their customer service, the ease of use of the platform, as well as the pricing model. And it just made complete sense from a financial aspect as well as an ease of use and a training for our staff aspect as well.
                                                       So we had a great customer success team with Boostlingo who was able to walk us through steps of how to use the platform, how to implement the platform, and how to train our staff to log on and connect with interpreters and any language that we would need here at the practice. It was a quick process, a simple process, and it was really something that took just a matter of minutes to get our staff knowledgeable, to be able to log in themselves and connect with interpreters.
                                                       So I would encourage anyone that's looking at a language interpreting software to look at the individual needs of your business, look at the different languages that you are consistently interpreting for, make sure that that lines up with any kind of platform that you are using. I can tell you that Boostlingo has pretty much every language that's out there that they can translate for, which really makes it a great platform because you don't have to search for outside languages. It's really kind of all in one platform with Boostlingo.
                                                       I would also encourage any practice to look at the financial aspect. For Boostlingo, it made sense for our practice because we are able to get translation services in a block of hours per month as opposed to a per call. I think that's something really important for practices who are either using just a little bit of interpreting services or a lot of interpreting services to evaluate in their financial plan and make sure that that makes sense for their business.
