Pros

Our overall experience is super positive and we've recommended it multiple times to other businesses.
Love all the great template options Omnisend has to offer. While our decision to move our email marketing business to Omnisend was a forced one, It has turned out to be the best thing that happened.
I love the ease of use with this product as well as the wonderful customer service I receive.

I find it frustrating that the product picker is just not working, you have to physically copy and paste product description photo and information and paste.
Not all my emails go to my customers and they complaint that our email goes to junk and before this would not happen.
Many site lookers will add a fake email address and it automatically gets added to the Omnisend contact list. I wish there was a way for them to filter out email addresses that obviously are not real.
