Content Analytics is is an end-to-end eCommerce solution designed for retailers and brands, which provides a variety of tools for content management, analytics, and reporting. The platform enables the management, optimization, and syndication of content, analysis of content performance, and reporting on sales and traffic.

As Content Analytics allows users to access all retailers through a single portal, users can upload all of their content in bulk to create a master content source, and utilize bulk editing and optimization tools to tailor content before syndicating directly to all retailers. High resolution video and images can be uploaded and managed, and data is stored securely in the cloud. Users can preview how their content will appear on retailer sites before syndicating to ensure that content is fully optimized.

Content Analytics’ insights alert users to any SKUs which may be missing descriptions, have poor descriptions or titles, are out of stock, or have no reviews, so that action can be taken to correct these issues. Custom reports are delivered daily for monitoring, analytics, and content health across all major retail channels. Content Analytics also provides insight into page one share of search, buy box ownership, in stock rates, average ratings, and review coverage.
