I like that it is easy to see the transactions in the eBiz portal and to create custom reports.

Cons

Having a ticket structure would also make it easier for customers like us to communicate issues/resolutions across our global developer teams who need updates on the status of issues with our gateway integration. It would also make it clearer who our contact is for each issue.
