Only useless contacts. A waste of time. I tried it to get leads and advertise services. Seems like buyers not check FB very often or my potential customers do not have time to FB.

Posting and using the system has been easy and nice, but I've had a random person comment, tag, and message crude things on my ad just because it came across their feed. I've had issues being able to block them from my entire page. I wish there were more features to protect business ads and pages from things like this from scammers and unknown people. This has turned me off from marketing through Meta and I've sought out alternatives.

I see it as effective. What I suggest is if they would consider suggestions to base ads on.
