Great and very useful app...I use FOF daily to record sales and service visits to customers...
I rely on historical data to compile reoccurring reports and business updates.
I use the app on my smart phone  exclusively.  
I access product and customer data instantly and on the fly...
Questions and concerns can be addressed on the spot with the app...saves tons of time and minimizes call backs.

I don’t always have service when using the app but all data is saved until I get back to cell service and it uploads. Very helpful!

I work in student housing and every year about half of the residents move out all on the same day and we have to inspect every unit for damages in 1 day. Before we started using Forms On Fire we would be working until 2 or 3 in the morning doing everything on paper. Now we inspect every unit and are done by 5 pm. Cut the time in half.

A great platform to put mobile data in the hands of your users

Creating templates that are easy to follow and use as a end user that help productivity for the company with a minimum chance of workflow stoppage has to be something to special. My overall experience has been really great at this point. Very impressed!!

Uncomprehensible for neophyt

Hello Gabriel, thank you for your review and apologies for your trouble. The system has a gigantic number of features and we recently introduced a basic mode, if you turn that on. Adding a photo should be a snap. Reach out please to our support group for free help. We hope to see you again for a second free trial.

Form Development With Good Sense!

Hey, thanks for the review. More and more clients are using our product at expos and trade shows because the WiFi is typically so hit or miss...and our product works offline! 

The app has a great user-interface and is intuitive.  The screen graphics are clear and easy to see.  The app will enable our field team to monitor all of our land interests efficiently and offline with a form that integrates tabular data and georeferenced photos.  We are still in the development/testing phase with our custom monitoring form but we are confident that we will have the results we expected, having worked with Forms on Fire in the past.  Ease of Use will likely be rated a 5 once we have fully completed testing.  Forms on Fire sets the bar high for customer service - the staff is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.  

Intuitive and great customer service

We are using Forms on Fire on all our field tablets to gather resident and sampling information. Greatly reduces the use of paper, and minimizes with pull down menus the typing errors, etc.

Ease of use as a designer and user.  All of my users are very pleased with user experience.   Great support team.

We have been testing Forms on Fire for a week, with the intent to purchase for a large project.  The product is incredible, compared to others that I have worked with.  The Designer is very intuitive, yet has advanced features such as data sources, filtering, formulas, and dynamic answers.  Essentially, this service can create almost any form imaginable.  Finally, the support team has been amazing.  I submitted some tickets and then numerous follow-up questions. The response time was not only fast, but the answers were helpful, and to date, any problem I found has been solved.  Suggestion for improvement is updating the Windows app to match the newer beta features released in the iOS app, but I understand this may happen in the near future.

Design tool that I use everyday

Before using InVision, designer was using Adobe. Is very hard to view and adjust based on the layout given on Adobe. We have to guess on the size / space of position ourself. 

Is a must use prototyping software.

This software can really turn an idea into the actionable design process.

The most important benefit is that we can have a clear and objective communication with the customer, which allows us to work agile and comfortable. The work is fluid and there is no confusion when discussing changes in defined prototypes.

As a project manager, my experience with InVision is primarily as a tool to share designs with clients. I don't use the backend of the software, but rather I use the front-end to preview designs and read client feedback. My clients seem to really like the easy point-click-comment functionality to be able to register their questions and comments about individual elements of the design. The one thing I do not care for is the shareable links have non-human readable URLs and don't seem to have an option for a URL alias which would make it easier to share these out to clients without having to go back into the software each and every time to procure the link.

I used the InVision App to good effect working with the design team. I use it as a junior digital marketing manager to work together on creating our visuals across our website and social media. Direct feedback that is not a back and forth between endless emails is so valuable and has saved so much time. Not only that, but the interactive prototypes are very easy to pilot and to make sure the finished work meets our marketing goals.
