Pros

Loved working with Formstack. Excellent customer service and help response times too - which made solving the few issues we had very pain free.
What I like most about formstack is the ease of use and user friendly qualities that it offers.
Collecting customer data and keeping it clean and organized, I would say Formstack or something like it is a necessity for the area of the company I work in s I am glad to have it.

Pros

I can make changes as I go, I can adapt it however I like, I can have as many forms as I like and it has all worked seamlessly for me.
This software is the perfect combination of ease of use, simplicity, customization and compatibility for our company. We service nation wide and now fill out all of our forms using Fastfield.
The speed and ease of use was key to its success because it had to be 10x better than the previous paper system that people were accustomed to.

Cons

Mislead by Staff in regards to Infusionsoft Integration, Won't Provied Refund From Their Mistake.
We didn't have any paper-based issues with Formstack. Formatting the look of the forms themselves was a bit of a pain sometimes with limited options available in the interface.
This has been my single worst customer service/support experience ever.

Cons

No phone support, email response usually 1-12 hours (which can be very frustrating if issue is misunderstood). Has struggled to resolve critical bugs.
Can be somewhat clunky and difficult to determine where the forms are sent to.
No translation into french that's about all the cons i could find. It could become a bit expensive if you have a large number of employees using the app,m.
