Pros

Collecting customer data and keeping it clean and organized, I would say Formstack or something like it is a necessity for the area of the company I work in s I am glad to have it.
It is nice to be able to have a centralized form, and to have all the finished applications deposited in the same spot. It is also nice because it allows for both open and close ended questions.
I love how easy to use and collect safe formstack is. It was easy to navigate and use from the get go.

Pros

Good product.easy to use. Not the best in the industry but with some improvements it may can come to the best.I recommend it.
When offering a service, where customers have to see and book available days this is the best office. Integrated in the office 365 package it has great compatibility with the other applications.
I promise you guys this is the most accurate way to make an appointment with a company. This is very easy to use and understand which is very good.

Cons

Sometimes when I duplicated forms, I noticed that the logic would get lost. This was frustrating as I would have to go through the form again to add the missing parts of the logic back.
This has been my single worst customer service/support experience ever.
When all the text is stuck the same size, the question and list of checkbox answers, it is kind of overwhelming, and customers in a hurry get lost and have to go back and re-read.

Cons

If you have a receptionist making bookings, there would be no need for their calendar to show up. In the Teams version of the app, you can remove the useless calendars.
While that is the case most of the time, there are a lot of older people who struggle to use wifi and that is the downfall to this program.
I personally still struggle with the functions in the software, only because I fairly new in usuing the software.
