Pros

Loved working with Formstack. Excellent customer service and help response times too - which made solving the few issues we had very pain free.
What I like most about formstack is the ease of use and user friendly qualities that it offers.
Collecting customer data and keeping it clean and organized, I would say Formstack or something like it is a necessity for the area of the company I work in s I am glad to have it.

Pros

I liked the ability to build and automate any specific workflow or functionality with an amazing degree degree of detail and precision.
Perfect Forms is a fantastic tool that integrates perfectly with our website. Their customer support has been second to none.
Reliable platform, unmatched versatility, a drag-n-drop "no code" solution for non-technical end users to utilize, excellent customer service, and all for a price lower than it's competitors.

Cons

Mislead by Staff in regards to Infusionsoft Integration, Won't Provied Refund From Their Mistake.
We didn't have any paper-based issues with Formstack. Formatting the look of the forms themselves was a bit of a pain sometimes with limited options available in the interface.
This has been my single worst customer service/support experience ever.

Cons

What more could you ask for. And no they didn't pay me to write this!).
Unfortunately our version isn't cloud base, which makes us a little limited in providing access externally.
It manages customer complaints and resolutions.
