Construction reports, environmental forms, internal management forms
This has transformed our day to day operations with customized forms and workflows. The technical support is there whenever I need them and are excellent at maximizing the efficiency of the system we have in place.
Lots to learn if you want to take full advantage, but they are there to help! It is worth it.

It was useful and effective for my company to quickly bring numbers of existing paper forms into field workers mobile apps.
Easy to transform vast paper forms to electronic forms while keeping form layout
Drag & drop precision. It's hard to position some small items like check box.

Con: Filling out forms on website looses some functionality compared to mobile platform.

Easy to convert existing forms employees are already familiar with into cloud-based forms.

The software is fantastic. It gives you the ability to build your own custom forms. We built our own inspection/reports that are easily emailed to customers.
Building the forms can be difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it is is very easy. You have to create different templates that can then be used for different forms.

Love the ease of use and the reduction in the use of paper forms. Our field team can obtain signatures on the forms from their tablet and send to the office immediately for processing.
Some forms may be challenging to set up, but the Go Formz team is extremely helpful and can aid you in working through any issues you may have. Our account manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is very professional and extremely helpful with every issue we may encounter whether we are setting up new forms or modifying current forms. He has always been a pleasure to work with.

We use the electronic forms for our mobile engineers who travel all over the UK.
I like the flexibility of running weekly or monthly reports based on engineers/users or customers.
I found it difficult to differentiate between the worksheets as the date shown isn't the actual date the form was created, but the date it was amended which can be confusing.

Easy to use. Inexpensive.
Very easy to use. Scans paper forms and copies to electronic version. Add fields where you would normally write.
Only can dump completed forms into Box. Would be nice if it communicated with other file storage software.

Responsive when questions arise or we need help with access issues. Goformz has tripled my output, lowered my stress and increased our billing rate from 15days to...as soon as I want. The ROI is beyond calculation.
Customization! I can build the form ANY way I want. I can control the inputs and outputs and communicate with my Technicians 24-7 through the forms. The Corp brought in another company that mainly builds Accounting platforms and during their presentation of the "service portal" - they got a clear description of how stable and strong GoFormz is. By the time the meeting was done, they were like, "your existing Service Dispatch is better than ours - keep doing what you're doing."
Sometime the InterWebs isn't available everywhere - but the techs just have to transfer their forms when they get service.

GoFormz has changed the way we interact in the business. There is more accountability, less paper work is being lost or damaged or left incomplete. The reports that are generated give snap shots that are extremely useful monitoring performance. It has saved us a tremendous amount of time in conducting analysis and data entry. The Goformz support team is great. They are always willing to help with any part of developing your use of the system.

Unable to create sub-folders Sorting forms on the admin screen can be a challenge but still very user friendly

I have been using this software for about a year now to email forms to contractors that I work with. This makes it easy to fill on their end to fill out forms that I require. I feel like most people do not want to fill in forms if they are going to need a PDF editor or something like that. This makes it no excuse to fill in the forms that I require them to fill out. Some nice features is that you can have a customer sign something from your mobile phone if needed. You can have certain fields auto populate if you want as well. The stored data system on this is convenient. You can search from past filled out forms easily and find what you need.
I feel like they could have made this a little more simple and not so open. It is a little wide open when you first start it.

Very happy with decision to choose GoFormz and have recommended GoFormz to peers in my industry of industrial field service.
Pros: "List view" is much easier to fill on a smart phone than the full size "form view". List view was the deciding factor for choosing GoFormz Easy to create forms quickly Great documentation and responsive live customer support Plenty of field types to choose from Adopted quickly by all users, so much so, the users are asking admin to convert more paper forms to GoFormz Creation of public forms that can be sent free or affordably to persons outside your organization
Con: Cannot edit the PDF document and preserve the form fields after the form has been started. There is a work around by uploading the updated PDF then dragging all the previous form fields to the updated PDF.

GoFormz was selected as a field documentation solution to enable efficient completion of inspection forms. We are utilising pdf forms created offline, with data fields overlayed on to the document. This outputs a hand signed complete pdf report document with data fields populated from the uploaded database, plus typed text fields and sketch images (photos plus optional user sketching overlayed). The tabbed filtering of created documents in the app gives instant selection of all, draft, completed keeps control in the field. The web based list of completed forms is chronological giving "Today" as a section at the top of the list.
Coming from years of completions management with enterprise software, GoFormz is a simple but effective tool to manage inspections and auditing. We can update the server side databases and have it synchronised to all mobile devices within minutes, giving data to populate the form fields automatically. The captured data can be readily exported in raw format or as structured reports. All data is retained and synchronised from the device even if you shut the app down mid-form. The template setup may be a little daunting for first time users or non-IT personnel, but online and phone support is readily available.
You need to take the vendors recommendations seriously and only use high spec hardware. Samsung TabA tablets still lockup the app occasionally and require restarting of the app. This may be a memory bleed issue? There also appears to be a glitch in the database uploads where you need to delete and re-create each database to update it, otherwise the data is not available on the devices. Although yesterday the reverse occurred, and the new database would not synchronise but required an updated upload. Solutions please GoFormz support?

Easy to create worksheets based on templates we already have, and build in verification/mandatory fields to ensure forms are completed in full
