Amazing product and support

We have branded help centers for a dual sided marketplace as well as an internal help center, and we have always received incredible support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in particular.

Pros

Also how customizable/brandable everything is.

Cons

My only small qualm is the search functionality and keyword tagging capabilities aren't quite at the level of expect.

The most intuitive SAAS product in our tech stack

The service is intuitive, highly customizable and was an incredibly smooth experience to get adoption quickly across the entire company.

Pros

After a year long search, we settled on Forumbee and couldn’t be happier with this decision.

Cons

While the customization in matching our website is great, there’s limitations in how much we can customize within an actual article like easily embedding videos.

We were able to set up a site that had a customised digital library, forum, member profiles, and built-in live event broadcasting within just a few weeks. Thanks a lot Forumbee!

Pros

Many thanks to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who helped with the design, account set-up, support, training and everything else for the project.

Cons

Zoom integration) but it's better to have a simpler well-built product than some of the complex services available in the market.

Exceptional. Forumbee has been responsive to each and every one of our queries and concerns.

Pros

They have built so many customizable features for us that I'm positive other customers are not requesting.

Cons

Additionally, the more our community/posts grow, the more difficult it becomes to search with accuracy.

This has been a very good tool for Incorta and got us a really great community site with almost no build effort on our own.

Pros

The product is really easy to use and administer.

Cons

There certainly are areas of the product I wish were a bit more configurable, like showing information about posters to others, allowing for posters to carry badges or show accomplishments.

Pros

We have members around the world so for our organization the community aspect and ability for members to connect so easily through the platform is terrific. Its so simple to use and user-friendly and the security features are very good which was important to us.

Forumbee: A Fantastic Forum

We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Forumbee, from the ease of use and implementation to the excellent customer service.

Pros

Intuitive, secure, and remarkable support response when needed very infrequently over the years.

Cons

We use this for an educational program, so one feature I would love is if we could set a time for threads to close automatically (for example, at the homework deadline time.)

Easy to Use Community and Knowledge Base

Overall a great experience with implementing the tool. Our Forumbee instance looks exactly like our own site and it blends in seamlessly.

Pros

The Support I received from Forumbee was great! Our Account Manager was with us for the whole journey and I appreciated their willingness to help and answer any questions we had.

Cons

There's little things here and there like we wish we could make events recurring.

Great Experience

As a membership organization trying to find our first community platform that could work for a broad audience from the tech averse to the tech savvy, after much evaluation we chose ForumBee. Alexia and her team are a pleasure to work with and are super responsive. The pricing is modest compared to other platforms that might have more bells and whistles which may, or may not get used.

Pros

Has a straightforward, easy to use but robust set of features

Cons

I would like to add users to a specific category, which can only be done right now with closed categories, otherwise they are invited to the forum generally. This is not a big deal.
