We were able to set up a site that had a customised digital library, forum, member profiles, and built-in live event broadcasting within just a few weeks. Thanks a lot Forumbee!

Pros

Thoughtful, simple and well designed, Forumbee's software is easy to use and simple to set-up and customise. Our team and the platform's users find it very intuitive. All the essential security and reporting features are also available. Many thanks to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who helped with the design, account set-up, support, training and everything else for the project.

Cons

There could be one or two additional features (e.g. Zoom integration) but it's better to have a simpler well-built product than some of the complex services available in the market.

The most intuitive SAAS product in our tech stack

We’ve had an amazing experience with Forumbee - from the demo stage in learning about their product to the launch of this service across our entire company. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is fantastic to work with - I appreciate we’ve had the same contact the entire time making the onboarding process seamless. The service is intuitive, highly customizable and was an incredibly smooth experience to get adoption quickly across the entire company. As someone who tested multiple knowledge management systems over the course of a year and could never find something that met all our needs, Forumbee solved so many of our problems. We’ve had no issues whatsoever after deciding to move forward with them. I could not recommend them enough.

Pros

After a year long search, we settled on Forumbee and couldn’t be happier with this decision. Whether you’re a user or admin, the user experience is incredibly intuitive. In addition to this, the service we receive is fantastic, especially from our dedicated rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. She responds to every question within a matter of hours. We are a very process heavy organization and this service has been a game changer in having a central hub of documentation, giving our people the answers they need in the quickest and easiest route.

Cons

While the customization in matching our website is great, there’s limitations in how much we can customize within an actual article like easily embedding videos.

Forumbee is amazing--and it's the customer-centric focus that makes it so!

Exceptional. Forumbee has been responsive to each and every one of our queries and concerns.

Pros

Forumbee staff members consistently go above and beyond to address our concerns and try to meet our unique needs. They have built so many customizable features for us that I'm positive other customers are not requesting. In addition to the stellar service, this software is easy to use, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully created. Loving the software you (and 400+ others) use on a regular basis is important!

Cons

There are some text formatting challenges in the use of this product. For example, text formatting transferred from another document is not always retained. Additionally, the more our community/posts grow, the more difficult it becomes to search with accuracy. Forumbee has made improvements in these areas and continues to do so.

Amazing product and support

We have branded help centers for a dual sided marketplace as well as an internal help center, and we have always received incredible support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in particular.

Pros

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] !!!! Also how customizable/brandable everything is.

Cons

My only small qualm is the search functionality and keyword tagging capabilities aren't quite at the level of expect. This is easily remedied by learning the title or contents of your articles, which doesn't take long. I also wish there were a way to override CSS in one-off scenarios. So minor, though!!

Best customer service we have ever experienced

Pros

The software is easy to understand and use. The admin side of things is very intuitive and simple to set up so non-developers can moderate the forums. The best part of everything though was the customer service. Without a doubt, the most attentive and helpful customer service we have ever experienced with a 3rd party service. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been extremely helpful the entire time we have used Forumbee. Not only did he answer our questions when we had them, but he also gave extremely detailed step-by-step instructions on how to implement various features. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] gave us great recommendations that helped us keep our custom code simpler and easier to manage in the long term. 10/10 application. 11/10 customer service.

Cons

Nothing. Whenever we ran into issues, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] helped us immediately and offered us very good solutions, as well as recommendations that would help us avoid future issues.

Forumbee Was a Game Changer for Our Organization

The experience with Forumbee has been one of the best I've had with any service company to date. We work with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who is incredibly responsive, informed and gets anything we need done quickly and correctly. The platform is top-notch and so is the staff.

Pros

We have members around the world so for our organization the community aspect and ability for members to connect so easily through the platform is terrific. Its so simple to use and user-friendly and the security features are very good which was important to us.

Cons

We haven't come across anything that we haven't liked or has been a challenge yet.

Outstanding customer service and support

Pros

We introduced Forumbee to our network for our first online annual conference and it was adopted with great enthusiasm. Our customer service support person, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], is always available with helpful tips. She is patient and able to work with non-tech staff members. A true pleasure to work with which is why we have expanded our use of the platform to include our peer learning and working groups, as well as a Member Space.

Cons

We would greatly appreciate that notifications include the organization of the person who is joining. Currently, it only features the name and country. With organizational members in 150 countries, it is impossible to identify if the new participant belongs to a member organization or not. We fervently hope the programmers will make this important change!

Pros

We love the features of this product. It has helped us interact more with our membership. Forumbee has helped us make our membership aware of more of our programs and services.

I like everything about Forumbee. There is nothing that I dislike.
