Pros
Everything has been great. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and the product itself is very useful.

If you are a designer and want to make your web design "live", this is the tool you need. Smooth learning curve (with help of an amazing knowledge base and a very active & supportive community).
Cons
I had a problem to connect my old webpage (domain) with IM creator but after a few tries, it works. There is no option to get back (backward step) if you change something small in the webpage.
Difficult to move the objects, there is not too many possibilities.
There is no tutorial or up-to-date instruction manual, so you have to spend some time to figure out how to make everything work.
Cons
The danger of having so many plugins and composers mixed into a WP site is just that. Danger to a small business who has no staff or staging site to test the latest updates.

This is a web-based client and not downloadable software, so that gets a bit annoying if I accidentally close a window. Tutorials on the website also need to be update to match the current version.
There customer service is non-existent, I had numerous situations where there was a bug or I was stuck and there was literally no way of solving it.
