Kentico has amazing customer support. Kentico has inbuilt functionality to manage versions of pages, scheduling content and approval process.
Copying and publishing content across multiple domains can take a long time and a lot of manual effort as the pieces are loosely coupled giving great flexibility.

After using another CMS for years, the transition was a little difficult because of how different this system works compared to our previous software.
I like that they are still developing the software and adding new features.
Content that is removed is never actually deleted from the server.

Awesome UI for Editors you can get used to easily. There might be a starting time needed to get used to the concept of headless CMS systems in contrast to normal CMS systems.
The price tag is quite high and there is no "cheap" option - so this obviously targets mid to high "tier" companies. No cheaper option for small companies or private users.
