Easy to use and we are able to use the conversion tables within our mappings which means that the supporters are able to customize a lot without developer involvement
In Link 2.12 we lack the possibility to use the test tool in the gui. Further it would be nice to save selected view so you don’t have to redo them.

It helps us in the everyday work with minimizing manual orders from our customers. It saves ressources for us.
We use it as an integration between our customers data and our main system. Link can translate the data into something usefull.
We are not able to make small changes ourselves but have to contact and wait for Support.

I like that I can follow all documents and see both the incoming document and the outgoing document. This gives me a nice overview of how we use tha data that comes from our customers.
It is hard for us to set up new partners. We are very much dependent on Bizbrains to be able to help us. We would very much like to be able to do the mapping usself.

Overall happy with the product - looking forward to LINK 3 version to get more out of the platform
The setup of patners and distribution and the tracking of it afterwards. Super easy - could be better UI/UX
it takes to many clicks to setup distributions, alerts reporting etc. there is possibility for automation which could remove these clicks.

In my opinion its by far the best product for B2B Integration (And I have tried a lot)
LINK is a product designed for the implementation AND support for B2B Integrations with enablement of business users
There is some initial work to be done to implement LINK into your infrastructure and dataformats
