Used to love it. People don’t seem to chat as much with the new lucky orange as the old one.
I used to loved the classic lucky orange is was easy to use and was easy to set up different alerts

I always use lucky orange whenever i launch a new product or a new ad on a new landing page. It tells me the effectiveness for the customer, what customers want, and why some people don't even buy things on my store. It tells me sometimes what a customer is like as well.
It is very easy to check what a customer does, where they glance at, and what pages they go to on my site, and what they interact with.
I did not use the analytics or heatmap software. I feel that there is not much use as I need to individually look at each snapshot video for me to get the most out of it.

It has served its purpose for the most part, and for the price it's worth it. Admittedly, I could probably do a better job of learning the ins and outs, but something about the interface makes it frustrating to really dig in.
My favorite part about LuckyOrange is actually the surveys. We have gained great insights from our customers via the survey that shows on our cart page and offers a small discount in exchange for the customers' thoughts.
The "Watch" feature is pretty glitchy and slow, and also doesn't show a lot of information on the page, most likely due to other apps interfering, but annoying nonetheless.

This isn't a service that is used with real urgency at this time. However, it useful to see how individuals interact with our website and to watch how they navigate around the site. Definitely useful.
I have noticed very occasionally that data isn't accurate. An example would be not actually recording any conversions. Not paid too much attention to that recently, but maybe something to keep an eye out for.

Overall, this is a great tool that helps us a lot in measuring the performance of our website.
I like the simplicity of setting it up and the clear visualization of the data.
I didn't like the funnel-building experience, as it has been a bit too complicated for me.

I am glad I have found the product. It had me redo and improve the entire website.
I mainly use customers' purchase behavior and heat maps, which allows to improve and make the website more shopper friendly.
I wish there were tutorials how to analyze all data you get from LO, so you dont need to hire anybody to analiz the data.

love it. The customer service responds fast and its priced well.
I love many things about Lucky Orange....For one, I can see a bunch of important data about a user session in one place, what pages they visited, their dwell time, their entrance + exit pages, what device they used etc.
Had to think about this, as its pretty much my fav tool.....I have no complaints really.

I like the fact that you can view live visitors, view they're live shopping carts ect.
Sometimes it does not give a picture of the recording and seems like it misses some of the recording

Lucky orange is phenomenal at showing live guest engagement.This has additionaly assisted me with developing and contact a greater crowd and monitor my progress.
Seeing what the client is reffering to and having the option to help them in that particular time.
They have a few different highlights that are not satisfactory of how they incorporate with different stages.

I love that I can watch my customer journeys in real time. It's so helpful for UX design, product development and buyer intent tracking.
I wish I didn't have to pay for it because I'm an early-stage start-up but it's a service worth paying for.

The software itself works well, but the integration is not user-friendly.
I really like the heatmapping feature, the ability to set up tags to inform when users take specific actions, and reporting.
We were unable to get the integration code to work, so we cannot view the lucky orange information in our CRM like we thought.

The ability to monitor user movement through my website
I wish they did a reverse IP lookup instead of assigning fruit names to users, when possible. This is like Clearbit is doing weekly for websites.

I make a lot of landing pages with subtle differences. Lucky Orange clearly indicates which elements attract clicks and how, and I can also watch recording of site visitors within the app. Extremely useful for testing content.
I had been aware of Lucky Orange and its purpose for some time before deciding to purchase it for our Shopify store. Heatmaps can easily be considered an essential piece of tracking software for an e-commerce site, and Lucky Orange does it well. Their analytics are mostly redundant because of Google Analytics, but for their speciality, LO is great. It visualizes visitor data into something to be interpreted and acted upon.
The current system of the heatmap loading over the page can confused people. Also, the heatmap is the big kahuna of Lucky Orange so don't hide it as some random tab! Some assume the app failed. Perhaps a more prominent indication of where the heatmap will go.

Wonderful we stumbled on this tool and really appreciated the free trial, it let us realize how much we would use it, and the data is easy to find and easy to use!
Easy to use, easy to understand, unlike Google Analytics which is near impossible to understand, L.O. give me more data that is more applicable to what we need to know and understand.

Overall, great! Grateful for the valuable insight I gain, even though I am not using it to it's full potential yet.
I like being able see the decision making process users were using when navigating the site.
I had to watch tutorials and sit in on a webinar to understand how to use it. Would have likes a Starter Tutorial for Dummies. I am a novice and the service was recommended by our developer.

Very Positive, looking forward to what further insights this tool can provide for the business
The stats the website can provide, as in total views, where they come from, and the different segmentation it can provide (by time, by location, by browser, etc)
The learning curve so far has been a bit steeper than expected. It's not a bad thing per se, but to truly make the most of the analytics it provides requires time and effort and even then I am a bit unsure if I am underutilizing the tool.

The portal is user-friendly and well-designed, and customer service is quick to respond!
I love that I can watch in real time and/or review after the fact. I can turn off "idle" time so that I can see how people were interacting without wasting my time watching long pauses. But at the same time I can see where people are pausing and try to figure out why.
There's nothing not to like about this software! If it were possible to have the recording start immediately, they would be nice but I believe this is just a limitation of the internet, so sometimes it takes a moment or two before recording starts.

It captures and stores activities of website visitors in real time and you can see what actions your website visitors are taking in real-time.
They recently launched a new version which I didn't like and I am still using the old one.

Absolutely flawless at the current price point. Lucky Orange offers just about everything you'd expect from more expensive competitors.
It's difficult to slate the platform considering the price point - Lucky Orange is by far the most affordable (and probably best value for money) heatmapping tool out there. It does everything you need, from heatmapping, mouse tracking, funnel and form analytics. Regular email reports are incredibly helpful.
Reports load slowly and general use is pretty clunky and frustrating; there's a lot of work that could be done from a UX perspective on the platform. That being said, the tool is easy to learn, and reports are simple to understand.

I'm pleased with LO for now but I'm looking for more functionality to be added in in coming months or years. What about event tracking and error logging.

Loading speed of the video's on mobile. Also sometimes it does not capture any video. Need a way to easily pull in button clicks and events.

You can see what the users did on your landing or webpage or web app, just like a video. You see where it clicked and notice any strange behavior that could be improved on your side to avoid it.
The time it stores your data... with the small plan you get a month, you can add additional months incresing the price of the plan. Also, all the plans have the same features (all), there are no smaller plans with less features (I just use the recordings and the basic analytics, but it has chat popups, heatmaps, survey popups)

Our business uses a few website trackers to ensure that we are getting the attention of many guest/groups. We like to use Lucky Orange for its session recordings that allows us to view the number of guest that click on our site.
There has been a pattern with similar recordings being kept, increasing duplicate recordings. It would help if recordings had some sort of filter to avoid duplicating and saving data.
