Orange you glad you use heatmaps (and more)

I have loved this software and am considering adding it to all of our organization's websites for the upcoming year. It is reasonably priced and you get so much out of it for both web and marketing strategies. It had helped build a much richer story beyond our Google Analytics dashboards!

Pros

I love pretty much everything about Lucky Orange from the heatmaps to the Hubspot integration. We have used it briefly to see how it might help us with content strategy and correcting some website navigation issues, however, the marketing potential with this tool is pretty great. We are considering how this can help us reach and connect with our visitors.

Cons

It feels invasive (on behalf of the visitor) at first. There's a lot revealed in watching users in real-time. The information we've learned has been crucial to fixing our website though. A strong and transparent privacy policy is a must with this product.

Happy - will like to continue subscription going forward.

Pros

So far I am liking the clean user interface and the wordings / language is clear and helpful (and friendly) and the UX is easy to understand and engage and easy to find what features I am looking for.

Cons

The CART OVERVIEW in the Customer View is NOT showing if their is any products left / abandoned in the customer cart - this feature I understand you are working on and would be great to see.

Pros

Team support is excellent. Products perform as advertised. Information is highly assistive in supporting usage of and conversion inside of the web page.

Cons

Some pre-built filters and tools are not universally applicable (i.e. many "angry customers" are not actually angry, etc...)

hands down the best CRO software!!!

I have used Lucky Orange for 2+ years and i could not recommend them enough. All the tools are so helpful. I use the Visitor Recordings and Heatmaps the most. I tried other companies, but their product worked the best out of the box, and support was great to work with too. give them a try -- you wont regret it!

The dynamic heatmaps, Visitor recordings and chat

Cons

so far- it has been great. wish i had more time to use it in the day

Website optimization tool which provides wide range of features to improve the performance of website.

Pros

I had the experience with website monitoring using Lucky Orange and didn't use any other features. I really appreciated the user-friendly interface and customer support (chat).

Cons

The tool is quite expensive but I believe that it is worth int when you use all the features the tool provides.

Works and Integrates with Hubspot

Positive. Need to use the system more. I would like to know how to use the data for website analytics and am not familiar with the platform enough to do this yet.

Pros

That it integrates with Hubspot so that the website analytics data can be associated with each contact in our CRM.

Honest Review Of A Lucky Orange User

Lucky Orange is an awesome app. It was one of the first apps I installed in my site so that I can immediately improve my site based on user recorded feedback.

Pros

I love watching the recordings as my customers travel around my site. I love the chat feature as well.

Cons

I used the previous version of this app in a previous store. I prefer the look and feel of the previous version when it comes to the visitors page. I was able to easily see which recordings I already watched. With this version, there is no indication distinguishing between a watched and an not watched recording.

Pros

The features offered by Lucky Orange have helped us understand the customer experience as customers place orders on our site. With the recordings we can see how our site changes may have improved or hurt the customers experience. We have also used the recordings to find out how people are placing fraudulent orders.

Cons

I wish there were more subscription plans that better fit customers with larger sites.

Great.

Pros

Being able to watch in real-time as well as review all clients that come to our website to understand the content they are reading and how they navigate the website.

Cons

It is a little light on features but we don't need anything too crazy.

More Features than I can wrap my head around-in a great way!

I have dabbled in lucky orange from time to time and always impressed with it. There is still so much to learn, but it is great!

Pros

I really appreciate the ease of use for someone like myself without a marketing background. My small family business has learned a lot about our website just by wandering around lucky orange

Cons

I really wish that the chat feature had a mobile option so we could chat with customers via an app on our phones. we would use the feature if it did. We can't afford to have someone at a desktop all the time.

Must have for Software development

I am currently using it for fixing bugs. I hope to start using it for UX next.

Pros

Not only does it record the user, but you can also see the console. This is a game-changer for diagnosing bugs! I also love how the tags work.

Cons

The design can use an update. I would also love the ability to play the next video without having to go back to the list.

Great tool that is worth the price

Great to use, gives good insights, just missing key feature we needed

Pros

Compared to its competitors, this is such an easy to use tool that delivers great value for the price. Fast to deploy and really user friendly.

Cons

AS with some competitors, it misses some CRO features that the typical user would also want - specifically adding an AB test capability. If it had that, it would be fantastic

Cons

When you don'thave a subscription access to your account was very limited and you couldn't view older data. (lucky orange classic)

I think Lucky Orange is a great tool to use on tracking customer's activities on your site and improve your site based on the data.

Cons

It did slow down my site a little. Some of the snapshot shows over 30s but when I opened it, there is no recording.

It's More than Luck!

We're pleased to have the insight Lucky Orange provides, it's makes us better at everything we do inside our digital ecosystem.

Pros

This software enables us to monitor our customers experience, informs our tactical adjustments, and makes us better and helping clients solve problems. This tool allows us to be critical of our efforts without guessing.

Cons

Each new software tool brings challenges and assimilation issues...but these were very minimal with Lucky Orange. One service that would have been incredibly helpful was a software concierge that could help us complete our initial setup in order to maximize the software.

Be able to actually see the recordings from how our visitors actually interact with our content and forms.

Cons

Some bots were misleading some of the numbers in punctual situations, but I could double-check the numbers using Google Analytics.

Great way to track your audience and find flaws within your website

I love Lucky Orange. I think it's one of the best investments we've made.

Pros

I love it that I can track where users go and this helps me fix troublesome areas in the website where users are not interested in viewing.

Cons

I really don't have any cons in my experience with Lucky Orange. Maybe I need more time using it to see if I find any cons but so far, I don't have any cons.

It is a must have for UX driven companies

A must have for our team and business!

Pros

It was super easy to setup Lucky Orange through GTM and within 1 week of trial we had many insights for UX optimization that we found out when navigating through heatmaps and also records for specific pages.

Cons

USD. We are a Brazilian company and when paying in dollars we have importation taxes that mulitply by 1.5x.

Cons

It is hard to share the sessions with people outside of the software.

Really great for competition and keyword research

It's a great system. I have recommended it to many of my friends and clients.

Pros

I like to use this system as a starting point for keyword research and competition. I know it does a lot of other cool things that I like as well, but for me, I find the Kombat section most helpful.

Cons

There's not a lot a dislike, but it would be great if they teamed up with Moz or Ahrefs so that I could get everything I need in one place.
