Pros and cons

This is very user friendly and if we experience any difficulties we just call and someone is very helpful to assist in problem solving. Everyone has been very supportive and is very helpful.
It is a great product and they do a great job supporting it. The staff are friendly and professional and always resolve my problems quickly.
Support - they are friendly and available when they are needed. I love the kiosk that is provided - we've received numerous compliments about how easy it is to use, and how fast it is.
There's no support on weekends. They lost Shopify integration and do not have a mobile card reader yet, so I have to use separate companies for those two things.
Sometimes, it takes too long to process payment and customers have to wait. They, in turn, get frustrated.
It had fantastic customer service which is why we switched to it in the first place but ultimately switched away from it when we got fed up with losing data because there was no http callback.
