Pros

My clients have seen an increase in conversions since using it and they are all very happy that I recommended it to them. Love that they also offer a lower tier pricing for clients just starting out.
The social proof really is a significant help in boosting sales. Proof provides easy to use functions that can boost credibility for my store and I'm happy I got it.
This app is helpful and boosting our sales as demonstrated... but honestly what I am most impressed by is the level of customer service.

Pros

Easy to use email marketing platform. The best part is you have all the powerful tools like landing pages, autoresponders, email broadcast, sequences even in the free.
Got the hang of EngageBay in a matter of hours due to its ease of use and excellent customer support. Any question is answered in a matter of seconds.
I love page builder of Engagebay. It loads super fast and in stable performance based on AWS + CDN Cloudfront.

Cons

Since there was no mention of being charged once the trial lapse, I didn't do anything. A little more than a month later I find out I have been charged twice -- Aug/ Sep, 129$ each time.
They cancelled my account but just refunded the fees for September since it was within their 72-hour refund period.
Proof Pulse is unmatched as far as lead generation and closing of sales are concerned.

Cons

Some missing features such as missing Google Meet, and location in calendar event.
Webinar features, landing pages does not support reusable headers and footers, no option to build own templates. Missing Social Software Analytics.
Landing page templates are very limited at the moment.
