SAMCART has revolutionized my sales page capabilities esp for upselling my product. And I really looking forward to integrating something they call "order bumps" into my online course salespage. The sales page layout and elements are attractive and intuitive to use and make the customer's purchasing experience simple and elegant.

I have to put an additional plug in here for [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], a customer service rep that really went above and beyond in helping me. We did an onboarding call and she helped solve a laundry list of questions and helped me troubleshoot beautifully. She is humorous, light-hearted and incredibly good at her job. She had other things that helped me besides just in SAMCART too, and that extra care really makes a difference. Especially when I was going cross-eyed with all the tech learning to launch my new online group coaching course! Thanks, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]!

This has been my best experience ever with any online platform.  I was able to start earning five figures a month within weeks of joining, and their tech support helped smooth out any bumps (I had zero tech and almost no marketing experience before joining SamCart).  I feel like I owe them so much more than their highly affordable annual fee for helping my business grow exponentially so quickly!

SamCart Solved All My Problems Simply

SamCart has a built-in affiliate plan you get access for (to create your own affiliate program), but for the small amount of affiliates I have and that even practiced my affiliate program, it just wasn't worth $199/month for me. If they had a sales page builder included, then $199/month would make sense for me. Or, if retrying failed payments was included in the $99/month plan, that would make sense. Podia's checkout process may not be as robust, but they cover all the rest at a fraction of the price. 

SamCart is the bells & whistles of checkout pages.

Horrible. I was left on my own to teach myself how to create my own course through the training videos. The training videos are complicated there long and difficult to stay focused with. Additionally, unless you know how to videotape yourself this is a complete waste of money, As it has been for me. This product is not for newbies as they assured me that it was.

I am new to the world of online courses. (I've always done live workshops before). This has been a great tool for self-study and to try out what will work for me.

Overall, SamCart is a great, reliable and very effective tool that is pretty easy to use. There wasn't much of a learning curve and so it was very intuitively design with incredible customer service. Also all the helpful and free tutorials received from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]

OVerall it's a good, easy to use platform.  Pretty straight forward and the templates that they have are good to use so that you're not starting from a blank canvas.

SamCart can be a good choice for delivering courses, the checkout page features are quite interesting. Pricing should be considered, the advanced selling tools and  support can make it a valuable investment for some creators

Good eCommerce platform that can get expensive

Since software has evolved many of the platforms that I use have integrated ways to collect payments. For example, I use Teachable and you can collect payments on their platform. Also, I use convert kit and they have a way for you to collect payments via email. However, I still think that Samcart is superior to these other platforms. There check out pages are like sales pages also and they allow you to include a testimonial and a money back guarantee and a overview of what the customer is paying for so there’s this one page check out experience that I think has definitely increased my conversions overtime . In addition to this, the back end management of Samcart is so user-friendly and there are so many custom ways that you can work to help people adjust their payment plans if they need to it is really an excellent platform.

Super User Friendly, Just Not for Starting Out or Services

I immediately loved using SamCart because it was so easy to set up. The order bump and upsell features helped me to sell into six figures my first year using it. And that was also the first year that I even started that business. It is the one single product I could not go without in my business. 

I LOVE this product.

Overall, I'm hoping to continue using the service long term. They make selling, and more importantly, increasing order value about as seamless and effortless as possible with all their selling features like order bumps and upsells.

I'm not the biggest SamCart fan due to the lack of hyper custom design options, and don't particularly like there's no 'free product' optin to kickstart the funnel, but it's rather easy and straightforward to create and manage products and funnels, and create custom flows. The checkout pages automatically have modern sleek designs, so no ugly or "loud" or annoying funnel designs - it feels like checking out at a regular store as opposed to a hacky scammy funnel.

Before I used SamCart, I had integrated WooCommerce into my WordPress site. WooCommerce is a plugin that allows you to process credit card transactions from your website. And with plugins on WordPress, you have to have a lot of technical knowledge in order to troubleshoot problems as they come up. So when I had customers from other countries that would log out, there was inevitably a problem and there became so many little problems with the plugin that it just made more sense to migrate to a solution that was all inclusive, that was separate from WordPress, and that was its own piece of software, and that had great customer service. And SamCart really had all of that.
                                                       Some of the reasons that I chose SamCart initially was because of its ease of use and because of its one-page checkout. So on their checkout page, they allow you to put an overview of what the customer is buying, as well as testimonials, as well as a satisfaction guarantee. And at the time when I chose SamCart, that was revolutionary in the industry to have this really streamlined one-page checkout. Now, it's common and everyone has that kind of experience, but when I first started, SamCart was one of the first to be offering that kind of experience, and I loved it. SamCart was super easy to set up, and it's one of the things that I still love about SamCart. I love software that I don't need to go through training in order to operate. So I can set it up and get it going and bring someone in who knows nothing about it and they can still figure it out.
                                                       And SamCart has that kind of intuitive, easy interface that allowed me to come in and from day one I had a checkout page that was up and I started bringing in customers from almost day one. So it was really the simplicity of the platform itself that took me in, and then it panned out in just being really simple to set up all the pages. And it's continued to be really simple to operate over the years. If you're considering SamCart for your business, today there are a lot more options of integrated checkout tools that come with software platforms themselves. So I use a lot of different software that can communicate with one another to deliver our courses to our students, and right now SamCart is still one of the primary checkout tools that we are using, mainly because of their customer service and because it's nice to have the ability to offer multiple options for people to check out.
                                                       You can really customize a checkout experience in a way that you can't do in those other tools. So even though there's a lot more competition today, and some of the platforms that we use they actually integrate the checkout software with everything else that they do, and we still opt to do our checkout on SamCart mainly because they offer a level of customization that just surpasses most of the other fully integrated software programs that are out there. So if you are looking for the ability to customize your checkout pages, and if you want to offer multiple payment gateways and multiple ways that customers can check out multiple types of payment plans or options to bring your customers in, in terms of the way that they pay, I think SamCart is still a leader in the way that their software is structured.
