Then, when SAP Ariba signs enough mutual customers, they start charging the VENDOR for a service they hate using.

We have a big customer who conveniently switched to Ariba and will not take any invoices from us without going through Ariba. So now WE HAVE to pay for this service and it's absolutely annoying.
