Pros

Overall, Shelf has been amazing. When I've had any questions or issues, Rick has been a pleasure to work with.
Highly recommended platform. I loved the options, customer support, very fast and easy to use, also user friendly.
Overall I have had a great experience with Shelf. The Shelf Team has been so incredibly helpful in the launch and revamps of the platform.

Pros

The live chat support is the best I've ever encountered, and the overall customer service experience has been great: quick response time, helpful answers, positive attitude.
A sleek and intuitive wiki tool with outstanding search and the best customer support.
It has an awesome & crisp user interface, easy to use editor with tons of integrations and most importantly this app super fast unlike many collaboration tools I have seen that get really slow.

Cons

If you're looking for a practical no nonsense tool that manages your informational inputs and integrates them with your your organizational structure and work outputs then look no further.
Dropbox, GDrive, OneDrive it's a mess - not anymore.
We tried this and the window would be to small or to big, causing the agents frustration when answering calls.

Cons

Slab was down for an hour due to some fire or windstorm something weird and I could hardly function.
Basecamp doesn’t offer collaborative notes whatsoever, and we got tired of not being in sync.
Again I think this is a Markdown limitation rather than a Slab limitation -- you are trading the Markdown simplicity for some table and image control.
