Pros

I appreciate the detail given for each order and there are also great functions like discount codes which makes using the website very useful. The layout, while basic, helps make navigating simple.
Shopify is a popular tool with great support that makes it easy to get started an online e-commerce business. It has also great integration across different platforms like Laptops/PCs and smartphones.
Shopify is fairly user friendly. It is easy to set up and has great tutorials and other resources to help the novice or less-technology-savvy out of us.

Pros

I like how i can have a nice way to embed a schedule a time to talk tool right within my website. The free version is robust and easy enough to use that it will be sufficient for most basic users.
No longer do my reps have to go back and forth with prospects about when they can meet, that work is pushed to the prospect and both sides are happy. It is very much a win-win that way.
Cost, feature profile, ease of use, and dedicated application make Calendly an outstanding scheduling option for nearly any business.

Cons

Customer service was terrible, they offered a CSV upload which was useless to me, or offered to uplaod my items for me, and charge me a crazy amount of money for the service.
Shopify is paid and when it updates itself it gives some sort of errors in the online store and finding the error is a difficult task.
The premium charges are a slight turnoff due to the monthly charges. Smaller stores will have to look over their shoulders to make sure that they make enough to cover the monthly Shopify charges.

Cons

The biggest inconvenience was setting up my work hours after the initial setup. The flow for finding what you need feels disjointed and you can get lost when trying to find the setting you need.
I found that some people - notably older clients - had trouble navigating the software on their end. If your clients are less than technologically literate, this might be a problem for you too.
The biggest problem is I once had a phone interview that I missed because the calendar invite would not load. I did everything I could to find out when the meeting was.

Calendly

Implementation was easy

Overall, very easy to implement, easy to live with a few gripes here and there.

Pros

It is very easy to implement on your site. I had a customer request a calendly embed on their shopify site, and it was almost too easy.

Cons

Sometimes with the embed feature, when I load the page that it's on, load times can be unreasonably slow.
