Incredibly easy to use and packs all the necessary features.

2018-07-20

Pros

Shopify has all the features you need for an online store. Whats more, the initial setup is incredibly easy and requires no special knowledge of marketing, sales, coding, or anything else typically associated with using a similar service.

Cons

Shopify is still somewhat more complicated than something like Weebly, though with the added features that is to be expected.

Great tool for artists

2019-03-28

I personally prefer other, more accessible platforms, such as Weebly or Wordpress.

Pros

Shopify is a great tool for creating a website and organizing inventory.

Cons

Shopify's back end interface is very different from any website design tool I've used so it was difficult to figure out how to make a basic page right away.

A fantastic eCommerce solution for tangible goods, and ok for digital goods too.

2018-04-07

Has helped grow our eCommerce business and increased overall conversions.

Pros

- Easy to add products and get up and running in a short amount of time. - Great customer database, easy to keep information up to date and accessible by all team members. - Tons of integrations available. - Excellent reporting once you learn how to use it.

Cons

It requires a little more HTML knowledge to really customize, especially when you compare to some of the easier drag and drop sites (like Weebly). - They are big company and therefore changes take forever to implement.

Intuitive e-commerce platform for up and coming business owners

Make you own website easily

2018-09-06

Weebly is the website builder to deliver, it's easy and not expensive.

Pros

Weebly is easy to use, it's a solution I recommend to clients that don't have the budget for full website design with Wordpress or other platform. It's cheap, easy to learn, have many features.

Cons

The community is not as large as other platform like Wix or Shopify, so there is less plugins and templates.

Easy to Use

2018-11-30

Set up a basic website with weebly to test a few products. It was easy to use and develop with little expertise and looked great for what we needed it for.

Pros

Weebly is very easy to use, even for complete beginners. It also makes it pretty easy to add bits of html code, which makes it pretty easy to customize templates. The price is affordable as well and there is a basic e-commerce platform which is pretty handy for small efforts.

Cons

For a larger effort I'd recommend moving to something like shopify that is more standard.

Good experience with weebly.

2018-07-28

Pros

the thing i like most about the weebly is its user friendly dashboad layout and you dont need to hire an expert and can easily setup your ecommerce store on weebly.

Cons

the thing i like least about the weebly is that its marketing is not that high, what i mean is if you are on shopify or impoxo then they do digital promotion for you which is much better than here.

Easy Shmeezy Website Creation

2019-02-10

Of all online platforms from accounting to legal, form graphic to word processing, Weebly is my favorite platform. I believe that says a lot!

Pros

When I need to create a website that is feature rich I go to Site123 or Shopify, but if all I want is to show my portfolio (and maybe make a few sales) and/or to show my ideas, to have a platform with which to communicate to the online world, its really hard to beat Weebly.

Cons

My greatest regret when it comes to Weebly is that, being as restrictive as it is, when I need to create multi-lingual sites, that look avaunt-guard and cutting edge, I'm forced to look elsewhere. Being that I so like Weebly, I wish that wouldn't be the case. I wish that Weebly would provide the spectrum from super simple, fun, and easy (which it is) to highly robust (which evidently it doesn't wish to be).

Software that can help with easy website making

2018-05-13

Pros

Unlike Wix and Shopify Plus it lets you download the full code to your website, so you can customize it or even download it.

Cons

When using weebly’s drag and drop customization we found it to be very limited. If you use weebly after using Wix or SquareSpace you will find it’s drag and drop customization very limited. On the case releasing new features weebly has been very slow . They just upgrade two or so features in a year but now they have picked up the pace. But they are still focusing on the cutting edge technologies, rather than that they should focus on improving the friendly user. Another tiny feature that my colleague pointed out was that the blogging tools need to be improved in a very little sense but it causes a lot. The feature is that you cannot highlight or show you most recent or most popular posts first. We have sent them a message and their response time was very fast.
