Pros

I had a great experience with Shuup, the team was very organized and helpful in development stages, awesome.
They have a great team, I would recommend them o anyone looking for a smart and hard-working team that gets done with they promise, great service and company.
They've been extremely helpful and very responsive, very understanding of our goals, and have also encouraged new ones and found solutions during our collaboration online and over the phone.

Cons

Our Product Manager was absolutely terrible. Unorganized, unprepared on meetings, poor knowledge of the software, after our site went live she completely cut us off without any assistance.
You have to pay an addition 1000$+ in order to get another language, it takes forever for the translations to be pushed.
We have had several issues once the site went live and the issues continue. We also received almost no training on how the site operated.
