Pros

Content Hub enables me to organize my webpages easily. It's ability to allow users to edit and publish articles and reports on the same page is fantastic.
I like that this software has multiple stages of approval before changes are published allowing you to be sure that you are publishing exactly what you want.
Content Hub allows me to maintain vital information on websites and helps me effectively communicate what I desire to my audience.

Pros

A good amount of details and marketing capabilities. HubSpot has some of the best integrations I have seen with other platforms.
HubSpot helps track, monitor and create the best content for growing my business. I have seen great strides from using this company.
Lots of cool features that are quite easy to use. Great academy to learn how to take good advantage of all the features.

Cons

The layout is extremely outdated and could use a fresh build. The tool itself also lacks reactivity and can be slow as hell at times.
Exceptionally unintuitive, complex with confusing and inconsistent naming conventions.
The aesthetics are outdated. I have never fully learned how to use this software because no one in my organization knows.

Cons

I am disappointed with the number of panel limits you can have with the contracted plan. The other disadvantage is that UX can be tricky at times.
Any interactions with any person who works at HubSpot. Arrogant, rude, condescending, lacking any understanding of business rules.
It's frankly disgusting that this company relies on such draconian measures as a source of revenue.

It is connected to everything , and we are integrating even more to it. Salesforce, email, and more.

It's hard to use and not a lot of info docs to make it easy to use. I don't like that it takes a long time to load the work box and a few other features.

This CMS is amazing and has a ton of features, but getting it off the ground can be expensive. I am not a fan of the per user license and would rather pay one price and have as many users as I want.

Highly customizable .NET based enterprise CMS with a bit of a learning curve

For large enterprise operations with a fully staffed full time team to support this is a great option. Especially for small to medium multi-site environments. Scaling up from dozens to hundreds of sites however looks like it would be a challenge to govern content and code base.

Pros

For experienced .NET teams familiar with the Sitecore platform we can customize and extend virtually every feature of the CMS. Newer marketing automation features really enable us to take our marketing and retail based sites to a much higher level of sophistication with modern features like content personalization and real-time A/B testing etc.

Cons

Once our team got familiar with the Sitecore way of configuring sites they felt effective, however that ramp up time a longer than some other systems. That has made it difficult to find experienced talent. It has also made outsourcing more experience than some other more common CMS systems like Wordpress or Drupal.

The biggest aspect of Siteore is the ability to offer personalization at a price that rivals most MarTech offerings today.

Cons

Not the easiest to use, and definitely not cheap for smaller organizations. You need to do your homework.

Sitecore Holds Up Well Against Competitors

Pros

Sitecore allowed my client to unearth a lot of valuable marketing insights by combining and contextualizing data from various sources. We found problems that we weren't aware of, as well as opportunities we didn't know existed. Those discoveries alone made Sitecore a sound choice.

Cons

It is not the easiest software to use, and does assume or even require some prior knowledge. This was not entirely mitigated by their support and documentation. Ideally, you could introduce a new employee to Sitecore and have them hit the ground running, but the learning curve seems steeper than it needs to be.

Cons

Though there are many packed features, the pricing should scale depending on the business size. Small Business owners and start-ups may opt for individual packages from different providers to cut costs.

A central hub to monitor all marketing actions. From website content, blogs and social media to each individual inbound marketing campaign.

Pros

The modules! The way website pages are modular and can be adjusted by a WSYIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor is absolutely essential for non-technical marketing employees. Websites can still be coded from the ground up within HubSpot but it isn't necessary. There are hundreds of complete themes to edit to your liking. The marketing tools are excellent, keep track of the funnel and each individual campaign within HubSpot directly.

Cons

Some website features are a little limited, for example the "preview" screen isn't always accurate and being able to embed complex javascript elements can be a little bit of a challenge.

My experience with the hubspot is brilliant. Its a good management and marketing tool. Easy management of generated leads. Nice marketing tool.

Pros

The thing i like most about Hub spot is, its ease to integrate the Hub Spot to any website to collect the data to Hub Spot platform. I am a web developer and i am quit impressed the Hub Spot CRM and its easy to user features. Hub spot also provides many functions and plugins to collect the leads and other data to its database. Also, one more feature of Hub spot is its trial version. Which helps users to understand the hub spot.

Cons

I don't think there is any cons of Hub spot. But, as compared to other CRM, its plans are bit costlier but they are worth according to hub spot features.

Overall, I've been really impressed with Hubspot Marketing. It has been incredibly important with driving leads and engagement with our new start up. That being said, I believe the Cons outlined are minor but things to keep in mind.

Pros

- Very Powerful Software for the Value! - As a small small startup, we were really impressed with the value of the Starter CRM Suite bundle. We were able to get not only the marketing hub, but also sales hub, service hub and operations hub. - Analytics - It is crazy how much you can do with their analytics! The reporting is very good for the value. - Marketing Emails, Content Assistance - They do a great job with not only providing the above analytics, but they go over the top by providing resources (blogs, studies, etc.) within the analytics pages that can help with identifying how to improve.

Cons

- Support - knowledgable, but at times slow with response rates... If you don't get a hold of someone on their chat functionality right away, you likely will not hear back for a day. This proved to be difficult when setting up the account at times. - Hubspot Marketing Academy - I was very excited to learn more about the tool with their educational academy videos. After going through the course, I...

Hubspot Marketing Hub is helping us greatly with quality and organized content in email marketing, social media, blog and landing pages. It is very user-friendly. It is helping us with marketing automation too.

Pros

All the digital marketing tools being integrated into one CMS, getting user-friendly analysis on each campaign and great reports.

Cons

Some marketing sections are beta, not very complex or a bit limited.

Pros

It is a great marketing tech (automation product) in our portfolio . We use marketing hub and Sales hub both and really love it .

Cons

it requires lot of initial learning and training to run your marketing campaigns but that is ok.

Pros

I've been using the HubSpot Marketing Hub for a few months now and it has saved me a lot of time. There are so many tools in the Marketing Hub that help me in my marketing efforts, from emailing my contacts with personalized content, to tracking my leads and sending automated emails based on their actions. HubSpot also allows me to collaborate with my team and send them updates on our campaigns and tasks. If you want to make your life easier in the marketing department, I definitely recommend using the Marketing Hub.

Cons

I have been using this tool for a while now and have already seen an increase in leads and clients!

Easy to use & the customer service is top notch

Too templated ... our whole website is built in HubSpot and it feels a little boxy sometimes and custom code is needed to make the changes we need

Easy to use software with constantly updating features

HubSpot Marketing Hub looks good, feels good, is easy to learn and use. It gives me and all our teams across the business a true 360 degree view of what is going on with my customers. The whole of HubSpot is a great product. New features constantly, great training videos available, great marketing emails sent out and great customer service. Thank you!

Pros

The ease of use. I use HubSpot Marketing Hub every day and it's so easy to plan a whole marketing campaign on, even setting up workflows is a doddle! Everything just makes sense. The UI is great too. Fresh and clean.

Cons

The only con is that sometimes you can do things on marketing hub that you can't do on service hub. It would be great if all hubs could be used together as a true 360 experience.

The Best Out There if You Can Afford it

HubSpot marketing hub is easily my favorite marketing tool.

Pros

Lead nurturing and marketing automation is really simple to set up and has a clean interface. It is very easy to churn out pages and manage your brand.

Cons

Getting the right support can be a challenge for any complex issue and feature limitations on lower tier packages force you to spend on more expensive options.
