Pretty good overall for a first time user of a photo platform rather than a fine art platform.
The online help from your customer support team !
Some of the options were not intuitive. Good thing the customer service team was helpful in walking me ( a first time user ) through the set-up.

It's been absolutely amazing! The only website builder I'll ever use.
I love so many things about Pixpa. First, their templates make building my website super easy. Their support is always there to step in and help if I can't figure something out.

Pixpa is an effective tool to deploy and store my photography portfolio online.
Ease of use, value for money, good support.
Some features such as a horizontal scroll carousel on mobile or arrows to advance left and right would be really useful and appreciated but they often take a long time to implement.

I like the fact it's easy to setup, and the support staff is amazing and is always available to help.
Sometimes I run into issues, but the ease of entering HTML code is wonderful. Just wish I could do online booking.

I want to design and build a personal website and I have really tried a lot of online service with often disappointing results. Pixpa has understood and developed an online service that, in my eyes, is invincible. I am a fan!
It really is easy to build a beautiful website quickly and easily! The user interface is so logical, perfect so to speak. The FAQ, the online help and the chat are super.
Behind all the oh-so-easy user interface, there are a lot of possibilities, which can be a bit overwhelming.

Very easy to use site builder, good pricing and good GB on the online galleries
Sometimes slightly buggy website. Sometimes I deleted one section and it cleared my entire page with no way I could see to return to the previous state.

I most appreciate that Pixpa makes it easy to get a nice and professional looking website up an running without a large financial investment and without much knowledge or experience in web design. It's easy to see the changes I make on the website and it's easy to reverse the changes if I don't like it.
Where I see that Pixpa could improve is the formatting of photos (being able to use more photo sizes) and changing the layout of the online store.

Moving from to Pixpa from a service I use more than 5 years was not easy. I had to manually transfer blog content by more than hundred posts. But after trying it I decided to do it and spend so many hours. Most important to me is the 1st line support you get. Literally, every time I use chat support I get a response in less than 5 minutes. Even if my issue needs more time and an expert to look after...
Value for money service. Easy to use. Dedicated features for photographers (online store, client galleries) and excellent support.
I would like more features and freedom in the blog editor (multiple galleries in a post, better control of single images insert, not to be limited to use the gallery at the end of the post).

Overall, I'm happy with Pixpa after using other hosting services. It is easy to learn and use, it has intuitive menus, the price is a bit high for me but I recognize that they offer good service. Customer service has also been very satisfactory so far. Above all, I appreciate the ease of use, which saves me a lot of time. I will continue using it as long as it maintains this price for what it offers me.

Overall I'm very glad I found Pixpa. Great reliable software with beautiful layout that gives you many controls to create your website the way you want. And I would like to thank Pixpa's polite and caring staff for their fantastic support.
Great, beautiful and easy customizable templates. Affordable price. Grate online store with beautiful layouts. Fantastic helpful support that is there fast wherever you need it.
Typing directly on the Pixpa platform and formatting it with css is easy and straightforward, but importing text (copy and paste) from other software such as LibreOffice can from time to time be challenging in terms of the response of the imported text to The CSS tags that are already there. ...And, not all browsers (Brave and Firefox for instance) on mobile and tablets support font size or font colors. Now I do not know what or who is causing the problem, the software or the browser, but the problem is there.

So far items been good. Overall the features are a little more limiting compared to other builders but I needed a more affordable and functional website with online galleries.
I like that online galleries are included and I have the ability to have a built in store. It’s the most user friendly in terms of builders that use templates and have limitations on customization compared to others and it’s much more affordable with quick customer service.
The limitations on customization as I am used to using builders that allow full drag and drop in any space of the page and at any size. The font limitations also need improvement.

My over all experience has been very favorable. I have had the site up and running for a month or two and I enjoying having a professional presence online.
Found it very easy to create a professional looking website and the price reasonable. Also many good templates to choose as a starting point.
I have not had a negative experience as of yet! Or a problem I could not solve.

My overall experience has really been a wonderful surprise. The ease of use with the software, the speed of their servers, and fantastic support. The reason I was looking for a new WebHost / software was to get away from the third-party subscriptions using WordPress. The prices of Square, Wix, etc. was more than double the cost of Pixpa If it wasn't for the 15 day trial, I would have stayed using WordPress on the old hosting company. I was overall happy with them and had been running my business with them for years.
What I like most is how full-featured this software is for a photographer's website. It's easy to make forms, set up client proofing areas, client orders, payment processing, and customize your website. All this and more in one software. For years I've been using WordPress for my business website and relying on third-party plugins for these features. Many of these third-party plugins also have monthly or yearly subscriptions. The cost of Webhosting and the additional plugins make Pixpa a bargain and much easier for us do-it-yourself people.
For me the only con with Pixpa and needing an email host provider. I firmly believe if you have a business and website you should have emails that use your domain name. I feel that is really important and more professional than using a gmail.com account or free email service. I fully understand why Pixpa doesn't have mail services. But I think that's the only area that I can find a con with their services and software.

The goal I initially set myself was to publish my photos and sell them to customers. Pixpa allowed me to create my own personal portal for public galleries and private galleries with password access. Unfortunately I haven't been able to sell the photos yet, probably because I haven't set the tags and SEOs for each page well.
I initially had a hard time understanding how I should set up my solution. I took advantage of the templates and suggestions I got from contacting online support. I found the solution for each question and finally managed to implement a solution perfectly suited to my needs. The online assistance is very effective and very fast, I have never been left alone, they have always solved all the problems relating to the setting of the templates.
To implement your solution Pixpa requires a good experience, but this is normal. It would be useful to have a more adequate support for the sale of products, such as a client's lending method

I have only been with Pixpa for two month now but so far so good. Great customer service. A phone service would be ideal as well to answer immediate issues. Sometimes it is easier to speak to someone vs chat online.
Once you become familiar with the layout and where things are it is easy to use and there are allot of options with each choice for ex: client galleries you can customize them with so many options, password, download, PIn's etc...
Within the selected template wish there were a few more customizable options as far as layout and what certain aspects of the web page look like visually.

For the most part it was easy to use. Some of the things that I wanted to do I wasn't able to. Customer service/ chat was helpful to get me know I was correct and it wasn't a feature. The program is easy to use once you figure it out. I did have to spend some time playing around with it to understand the full features it offered.
If you use most all of your templets that have the square look to them, you are UNABLE to click and enlarge the photos or image to full view. I have to use a different format for this which is critical when your an Interior Designer and multiple documents are larger and need to to be viewed unclose. It took me a long time to figure out how to do something that is almost the same but I had to deviate from the layout. You should have a category for Design (interior design) or other design fields portfolio layout.
