Pros

I like that it is straight forward and easy to use, plus they offer additional products like financing and capital advances that are useful for growing businesses.
I love the simplicity of the software. I love being able to accept credit card or debit card payments directly on my phone with the small noninvasive card reader that i attach to my phone.
I love this software, our employees love it too because it gives them better tips at the end of the day.

Pros

We are so happy to have made the switch this year to the platform. I love the reminders for payments to participants that are seamless and the ease of communicating with each group at one time.
Best of all, the customer service team is very competent and even cheerful. The company is always improving and adding new features to make it better.
I like the ease of use of the software, but what I appreciate most is the customer service. Not only are my questions answered promptly, they are always solution focused and friendly.

Cons

I do not think I have have anything I do not like about square payments. I guess if you put in the wrong email that can be annoying but that more user error.
I had to walk around & often ended up some distance away from the customer. It was awkward because I had to have their card with me & this probably made the customer feel uneasy.
It also bothered me that they charge more to type in the card numbers when you’re unable to swipe the card in person.

Cons

Again, this occurred in the middle of active bookings which has been both incredibly damaging to our reputation, our client's brand and created a very unprofessional situation for all concerned.
Our experience was horrible, forced to pay for all of this out of pocket and they have the nerve to be sending our attendees emails for reviews.
Could confuse customers when they see it assuming that this is your brand name or even think they have opened a wrong link.

Pros

Cons

As mentioned before, the difficulty in interpreting payments when they arrive to my bank account, when more than one transaction is lumped together.Also, the slowness of receiving payments from Bank transfers.My clients are often confused when they see WeTravel branding instead of Excursions from the Square

There are more benefits than issues. Very useful and helpful. It allows your customers to be able to create bookings on their own and after regular business hours.

Pros

That customers are able to complete bookings themselves.

Cons

Multiple installment payments and errors with booking can cause problems with payments.

Overall, great software that almost works like having an assistant.

Automatic billing, ease-of-use, good user-interface.

Cons

Would love ability to increase number of payments, being able to change pricing without having to re-do payment plans, Would love if installment payments automatically updated as time passes for new bookers , easier refund process--especially for older payments.

I love We Travel because it has solved our major pain point of processing payments at a global level.

Pros

We Travel is very easy to use.The itinerary development functionality is a game changer because it saves me a lot of time as a Tour Operator.I am often able to share an itinerary that looks very professional with my clients as well as collect payments within a short time.I enjoy working with [sensitive content hidden] who is our Account Executive. [sensitive content hidden] is very resourceful and always goes over and above to ensure that our queries are solved fast.He also shares a lot of knowledge on strategies we can use to level up our business.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a bit long to receive the payments into our bank account.If the period could be shortened it would be great.We however always receive our payments.

Cons

The enrollee field cannot be modified. Parents often fill out the form for their students. We want the students identified as the enrollee and the parent responsible for receiving and paying the bills.

Great processing payments solution

We have been looking for YEARS! for a good tool to charge our guests with credit card, debit card, our account debit. We travel solved our issues and gave us a great opportunity to make the payment processing for our guests smooth and easy. We love it!

Pros

We love the fact that we can customize trips, send a link and payment is done. Money is in the account very fast and the international wire transfer is very quick as well. Fees are very affordable.

Cons

There are some things that could be improved but overall it's a great solution for receiving payments.

Cons

I didn't have to manually track all payments on my Paypal and bank account

Pros

I can track payments from all participants, and I can remind people to pay from my organizer dashboard. It was easy to set up the registration page for my school trip using WeTravel. Participants also paid easily through the registration page. Excellent customer support.

Cons

Focus more on trip planning, but no app yet during the trip itself (e.g. for communication with participants, to share photos). Probably good to add.

Real time processing. Payments are done instantly thus improving the conversion rate.

Cons

Inability of cards to withdraw cash. Merchant services are great but sometimes cash is needed for ancillary activities.

Pros

Easy to present a trip and easy to charge and receive payments

Cons

some of my clients will like to pay by check, not giving their full account information, and because this options is not available they have to use their credit card and the services charges by some credit cards is too high. I wanted to give then a better and cheaper option than wire transfers.
