Pros

The yearly customer service agreement is worth every penny for those times you have questions or don't understand a concept. Thank goodness they are patient too.
It has already begun to save me time and energy, and I know it will provide more of that the more I learn all the features. Overall, I could not be more pleased.
EZBIS is user friendly with many features that will help you run your office effectively and accurately. The Collection desk makes receiving payments with a click of a button.

Cons

I dis not use EZ Bis electronic claims processing because of a bad experience in 2002.
No real cons , except that our office is open on Saturdays and in the event we have problems, there is no customer support at that time.
For two years in the late 1990's, we associated with a large medical practice, and they had a software program that was not user-friendly and extremely difficult to use.
