Pros

It does have a powerful dashboard full of features, a great customer service to guide you through any circumstance you need help with.
It is super easy to get running and use. It has tutorials and forums to help you understand and a great layout which makes everything super accessible.
It has been an excellent experience and I would recommend it to other small business owners like myself.

Pros

The support team is also top notch and there is a steady beat of improvement which gives me great hope for the future of this platform.
Ease of use, slick interface (that keeps getting better), white-labeling, great customer service. And it's all-encompassing.
Setting up was pretty easy I had one issue and it was resolved within a few hours of sending the email to support which was very impressive.

Cons

There are fees that are not too transparent or still confusing as I have customers all over the world and have to pay differing charges.
The only bit about this software that is frustrating is that it takes a while for the money to arrive in your bank.
Stipe Has Limitations and Difficult to Work With.

Cons

For instance, Timesheets, Payroll, and Employee Vacation Tracking may mean nothing to you if you are a one-member team. Likewise, how badly would you need a chat feature or a ticketing tool.
By doing so, you will be addressing a critical pain point that haunts every freelancer or start-up: that is, creating proposals.
To date, we’ve not experienced even a slight lag. Commendable performance, overall.

Having the ability to manage tickets, tasks, billing and clients in one system.

Pros

Hard to say, but to me personally is the integration between mollie and Agiled. In addition, their subscriptions features are very good.

Cons

the UI can be better, but that is not the biggest issue a business can have. I think they do it smart. 80/20 rule. Making stuff pretty can be done later.

Being a GTD enthusiast, I deeply appreciate Agiled App since it allows me to look at my business at multiple levels of focus .. takes no time for me to switch between 10,000 feet and 100 feet views.

Pros

It has everything that startup could ask for - Prospecting, Onboarding customers, Project Management, Team Collaboration, Email Integration, Billing & Invoicing, et al!!

Cons

I wish it could offer Sub-Tasks and Task Templates, as well as multiple assignees on the same task.

Combining a few different tools I need to run my business all in one. One dashboard, one admin experience, one client experience. SUPER important to me.

Pros

It has everything you need to run your business all in one dashboard. CRM, Project Management, Proposals, Contracts, Billing & Invoicing, subscriptions, client portal, and can even be white-labeled.

Cons

Although it touches everything I need to run my small business, it does take a while to get it where its custom to your business. There are a few quicks but I do see A LOT on their roadmap for the future.

I am using it to manage my business. I am using the project managment and portal applications, and the CRM is being opoulated now.

Pros

The fact that all of the core elements I was looking for are in one tool - AMAZING. CRM, Customer/client portal, accounting/finance/billing, proposals, HRM, project management. It is literally the Swiss army knife i needed.

Cons

I wish there was bit more training / documentation - but the system is very intuitive - so you can figure it out (it's actually a better way to learn...)

All in all, I am happy with my experience of Agiled. I got quite a few apps doing the same, but Agiled's agile UI really convinced me.

Pros

Agiled has a very clean and easy to navigate UI. This brings me confidence in using the product. Agiled offer full features for business requirements. From CRM, HRM, Finance, Proposal, Timesheet, Billing, Forms, Client portal, everything you need for managing businesses.

Cons

The speed of page loading sometimes is not the best. I faced sometimes when it took time to load, for example new forms. There can also be more features, for example Mindmap.

One platform to handle most of the company's operational activities including CRM, HRM, Projects, Invoices/Billing, Chat, Support, and it's great for an SME like us to manage a remote team. It saves a lot of time and money testing out and switching between platforms. You can white-label the entire interface which is great.

Cons

It takes a bit of time to set up and you are not provided with a lot of onboarding materials. It might take somebody a lot of time to figure out what to do in order to fully utilise the platform's different functionalities.

Pros

This software has: CRM, HRM, Projects/Tasks, Invoices/Subscriptions/Billing, Timesheets, Tickets, Chat and so much more. It can honestly feel exhausting looking at everything. So, I'm taking my time and utilizing one section at a time. It will likely take me several weeks to a month to be using everything - and even then I'll likely still be learning some tricks. I also want to give credit to their support. I've bothered them more than I likely should, but they have been helpful and replied in a timely fashion. (Timely meaning as I would expect it, not the instantaneous world some of us live in.)

Cons

It is so robust that it can feel daunting. While I would love for this to be an easy-to-do option, with all of the modules, it will take some time to implement.
