I am a new entrepreneur setting up a business, I really appreciated having alot of the start-up steps under one roof. From graphic design to applying for an LLC, the process has been really streamlined.

I'd love to have a clear step-by-step launch guide. Since Tailor Brands offers so many services, understanding the basic requirement to launch. It can get a bit confusing on what the basic legal requirement is to launch a business versus what is a "nice to have." For an example in the LLC application, what is a registered agent? Do I need one or can I be my own etc.

Ease of access. I just input what I needed.

Cost it was a little more expensive than I expected

I can't say many bad things about Tailor Brands. Maybe I would like more options when it comes to customization.

I liked being able to communicate with customer service. Tailor Brand reps got back to me within 24 hours of any note I sent. The team is fast, accurate, and curtious.

I think Tailor Brands is a quality service for a start-up or an established business. Perhaps Tailor Brands could offer more choice with banking options. Specifically, banks that offer interest or no fee CDs in its Business banking options.

I love the follow up service and the quality of service I have received. The step by step guide provided via email helps keep me on track and accountable. It saved me a lot of time and effort overall! I wish I had know about Tailor Brand sooner!

I loved how easy it was to start up my LLC. Each step was was categorized by section and I was able to go section by section to ensure that each step was completed. It was very organized and I loved how simple it was to maneuver.

I felt like I was called too much as opposed to emailed. I felt like everything I was contacted with about buying certain upgrades could have been communicated by email.

Couldn't have don't it without them. They made the process easy and enjoyable.

The website construction - wasn't easy and they claimed they offer free consulting - that wasn't the case.

Logo design is very generic. And you can not upload your own image

I like the seamless process of the trademarking, and all the additional services that Tailor brand has been able to provide my business. Getting things started was so simple.

The mobile version of the website can use improvements. I can’t access things easily from my iPhone.

Though I only used the free trial, I was thoroughly impressed by how easy to use, and how beautiful the designs were despite only asking me a few simple questions

How easy it was to create a Logo for my business.

Just a few hiccups with navigating the site once logo was purchased. However, customer service excellent and prompt!

They kept in contact with me until the end and they were very polite

I didn't like that my EIN number was not included especially since you can go online and get one for free

Everything was great inlike how my paper was processed whithin a week

None there was no cons i think prices can be a ittle less or a discount

How the dashboard works and everything looks clean
