Twitter - better than you think

2017-08-15

I integrate Twitter into LinkedIn and use it to increase the reach of my posting.

Pros

Easy to use and integrates very well with LinkedIn

Cons

You do get some strange people following you so beware. LinkedIn is much more professional.

Short & Tweet

2017-11-16

Pros

Twitter is a very good (and almost essential) marketing tool, that gets your message out quickly and efficiently.

Cons

My company generally found Twitter to be less effective, and less enjoyable to use, than Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin, but that was at least partly due to the character limit and the type of content we were posting.

The app with the potential to become new Facebook

2018-08-11

Pros

*Reliable, Fun and Easy to use *Twitter is one of few platform that due to it's struggles as a startup remained in the position to turn itself into something usable and enjoyable, *Facebook, Linkedin even instagram now - they all went after advertisements and ways to monetize and at some point I believe they began to lose their main purpose - human interaction and contact focusing on the random things and integrations.

Cons

*Too slow. The app as well as platform are extremely demanding for software and are unusable on old smartphones. Please, make a light version like facebook did. It would be so so great! *Confusing for starters. I would suggest having limited features that uses can switch off or on when they register. If the company focuses on making it ALL ABOUT COMMUNICATION only with possibility to extend it manually - that would be awesome!

Professional Social Network that is trying HARD to reach you | Only for GrownUps!

2018-08-05

Pros

*Linked in is a great tool for professionals In comparison to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, VK and others, Linkedin is not searching for traffic or huge amount of visitors.

Cons

*Design is quite old, which is the same issue with almost any social network today, *Great functionality and integrations come at the cost and they made Linkedin slow and unusable on old devices.

Place where professionals do networking

2019-02-04

Pros

You have Facebook for posting your pets and reactions, Twitter for sharing your insights and commenting on someone's thoughts.

Cons

I don't think there are any. Anyway, I need to mention that being a non-premium user could be unpleasant. Sometimes I feel that all the LinkedIn customer success team are working on making me a premium user by switching on limitations of Profile visiting, Search limitations, etc.

LinkedIN if Used Properly for Networking its worth its weight in Gold

2018-09-10

Pros

Ive been using Linkedin for at least 6 years now when I first started to use it of course it was a learning curve being that I am a business owner I was please to know that there was a social network that doesn't have all the clutter and meaningless photos of say Facebook and Twitter. If im being honest I have probably developed at least 200+ leads just through messaging and targeting based on finding specific groups and posting relevant content.

Cons

My major problem with Linkedin is the change to how you access and find new groups. It use to be as simple as going to the dropdown at the top of the page and clicking "Groups" then you could place search inquires and add relevant groups to that search. Now it seems like you have to go though like three areas just to find it. Also the mailbox gets too cluttered I know you can get a purchased account an circumvent that with Inmail but on the normal account it can get annoying.
