Pros

I love how quick and easy it is to use, I love that it has profile pictures to help users know they are sending to the correct person. The scan feature is also really helpful.
I like how easy it is to use not only among friends but any other vendors who have the software or app. I am always happy when a vendor uses Venmo because I know it's going to be an easy transaction.
Makes for easy transfers in or out of my bank account and customer service is AMAZING. Customer Service is also available through chat, and I LOVE that.

Pros

I find this software very easy to use - the training is great and follow up is super easy - the people I have talked to have been very knowledgable and help me.
The entire Team at Bravo, from the top to bottom, has been awesome to work with and made sure we were happy and working efficiently on all workstations at all stores.
We love that it is intuitive and easy for almost anyone to learn. We love that the customer service is quick and follows up after there has been a lull in the process.

Cons

There is a potential of 'abuse' in that the transactions are irreversible. Also, the default setting is 'public.
If you are really desperate for the money immediately, then you have to pay a small percentage.
I understand from security reasons, but it is annoying. Apparently it is possible now, but has been a pain to figure out.

Cons

You pay several hundred a month for service and then before I even opened for my first day of business, I lost my IP address due to power outage. They wanted extra to reset the IP address.
Hard to find many flaws with Bravo, if I had to choose one I would say the e-commerce pricing structure.
Being on the cloud is good and bad. If internet goes out we are stuck.
