Venngage looks great and is easy to use. For a tool as focused as this one, there's really not much more you can ask for. This makes it easy for me to present stats and figures to my team members, and easily fill them in on how our various communication or fundraising campaigns are going. The simplicity of the graphics makes it easy for people to follow along.

I've found the software itself to be a bit buggy at times. Nothing that majorly hampers the creative process, but loading times that are longer than they should be, brief freezes, etc. Could just use a bit of cleaning up in that regard, to make a smoother user experience.

I like the capacity to save the sheets as interactive PDFs. Also very easy to change colors with the branding tool kit feature.

The ability to upload more photos and your own icons to use.

I like the colorful and vibrant templates which I can use or refer to for my work presentation slides

Hmmm nothing I guess except that I need to subscribe and pay some amounts if I want to use Premium or Business templates

I love the templates and how easy they are to use. If you have never done any kind of design, then this is the right product for you. It has easy simple to follow steps and you can make your designs look professional.

I'd like to see more options for templates and images, especially anything related to education and schools.

Easy, simple icons and many templates to give a base from which to start. The layout is intuitive and very easy to use.

Would like to be able to more easily manipulate parts of the icons, but there are basic workarounds.

I really like the templates offered, and the ease of use of the software. It's easy to pick up and use without training.

There could be a greater selection of symbols available and fonts. I wish the paid versions offered more symbols and fonts.

There is a large amount of templates available to start with. This makes it easier for new users to get familiar with the platform.

The charts are not data driven in the sense that they are not dependants on values from a table. I believe the software would benefit from improvemet in this area.

The platform is incredibly user friendly. The quality and variety of templates make it very easy to find just the right format for our communications. We use it for training materials, marketing updates, best practices and promotional handouts. Our company has internal tools that are sometimes tricky to use and involves a much longer development time, so universally, my team goes right to Venngage when they need something done quickly and professionally. The customer support is also superb - we love the live chat feature and have been impressed with how quickly we are able to get answers to our questions. Venngage has proven to be an invaluable resource and it is well worth the cost.

Tools are easy to use and final products are eye catching! This is simple enough for my student workers to use, and actually provides some professional development in graphic design! The folders allow each user to save designs and reuse as templates.

Sometimes the editing tools are hard to see, or to zoom in closely enough to catch small errors. I can't think of any other cons!

Templates for nearly every scenario. New additions added frequently. Great pictograms that make visuals really great.

There are limitations to design and graphics. Graphs have limited ability. More input options would be best.

It has taken my presentations to a whole new level and allows me to be both creative and impressive with my Presentations. I still need to use Venngage a bit more because I do use some other similar products for my work. Venngage is yet to convince me to adopt it for 'sole use'I may be updating my review in a few months.

Very few Images of people of color. MAJOR drawback for me. No animation for Presentations, Another MAJOR drawback for me. These 2 are deal breakers and are likely to make me stop using Venngage.

If you are not a graphic designer and wish to present complex health information in a quick and easy way, this is the go-to platform. Setting up e-books, social media graphics, and e-books are a breeze. I have received positive feedback from academics used to reading "dry word docs that make them fall asleep." Everyone finds the presentations visually pleasing. Keep up the great work.

Customer service is trained to give generic answers, rather than direct one to appropriate links for frequently asked questions. This is more a wish than a con: Being able to add more than one shortened hyperlink and/or embedding videos in interactive infographics would be great.

High quality and visually appealing templates. This software is very easy to use. It is a highly effective resource for impactful communication.

First, there is opportunity to increase style variety in the templates offered. Second, content can not be edited outside of software requiring any/all modification done within account and forcing a re-download for each update.

It's easy and quick. Good choice of templates. Also I like the fact that you can customise the templates to make them look like your own bespoke materials. I also like the icons.

Sometimes I just want to use part of a template, but I can't find a way to "cut" the bottom so you can end up with a blank section at the end. It's a fiddle to then have to open it in Adobe to just save the section that you want.

Venngage is so easy to use! The templates are completely customizable and user-friendly, which makes creating board reports, meeting agendas, and promotional items quick and simple.

Unfortunately, there is no way to edit Venngage documents offline (as far as I can tell). This can make last-minute changes difficult.

Simple to use. There is something for almost every possible type of graphic you might want to create.

I really don't have anything bad to say about Venngage. Perhaps only wish I had more of a budget to use it more often.

Great templates and pre-made objects for creating visualizations. Also the newsletter with design tips is really helpful for non-design people like me. I use the software for educational research (survey results, data reports, etc) and have found it is a nice way to summarize a lot of information simply.

There is a bit of a learning curve to develop visualizations from scratch. I watched a video tutorial, but ended up sticking with the pre-made templates and modifying them as necessary.

I like the tips I get in the emails. Helpful in creating and formatting ideas. Especially for creating a piece for emails.

I would like to be able to store files in categories...but don't want to pay extra for it. Have something email friendly as to size would be nice too.

The templates. They are simple to use if you want to create a quick infographic because the images and layout is already there. They are also wonderful for inspiration even when you want to create one from scratch.

Lining elements up can be difficult as I could not zoom more than 140% and there is no grid to help me line things up. The dynamic guides only appear when using the mouse and not when using the arrow keys on the keyboard which is sometimes more accurate because my hand often slips when using a mouse to move elements. Otherwise, I love this product.

The library of templates, graphics, icons and other assets to help you build a professional and "wow" infographic is a time saver and also helps you to develop a ideas and and directions for next projects.

A refresher on templates, icons and assets would be cool, although it is definitely not a deal breaker.

I love all of the templates. I work for a small company where resources are tight. The templates give me the power to create beautiful infographics to share with our global community.

I have no real cons when using this tool. I only ask that you keep adding templates. It would also be nice if we could upload images with no maximum limit.

I love the many templates that are provided and regularly updated- a great place to start and to spark creative ideas. On my version, I have my branding colours programmed in, so it makes the process from template to final product very fast. I'm using Venngage at least twice a month to produce training products and graphics. The email newsletter is great and has actionable tips and ideas -it's one of the few in my inbox I always read! Great product.

At first I was concerned about the price, but having used it extensively now I'm easily getting value for money. It does more than you might think so have a good explore if they have the free trial running.
