I've been using it for approx 25 years now has been great and is evolving and improving all the time and good value for money.

I absolutely love the ability to export my projects as png, jpg, or even svg to save for another project or use in another application...something I can never do with Cricut.

Well it been great, ease of use is good, the ability to incorporate outlines drop shadow etc , images cutting and printing.

I have one unresolved issue that I haven't worked out with the spooler. Frequently my outline cuts for text, even when converted to a curve, are slightly different in length than the text.

Sometimes the system crashes if there are too many tabs running. Ve had this problem with every release and wish it could be fixed.

Tech support system works as it should. Sometimes a little slow about responses to questions, but overall great.

The interface made so much more sense to me. I produce a lot of artwork to send out for third party production.

Ive had the same version of XPT for several years and never felt the urgency to upgrade as it does everything I need.

can't do without it, but have spent a lot of money on upgrades recently in the hope that it would fix bugs but this is not the case, it still hangs/ crashes a lot. great when it is working

I have both SignMaster and VinylMaster licenses as I started with SignMaster but ended up purchasing Vinyl Master for it's ability to work with many different cutters.

VinylMaster has replaced about 3 different programs that I would use for sign and t-shirt making.

I have not had a single problem getting it to do what I ask of it yet, six years so far.  I switched to VM for that very reason, The software that I was using focused on how many options it had versus how well the options work.
