Pros

The reporting features they have are robust enough to scale high performing campaigns and test others. The pricing is competitive with other big-name software out there and is a nice selling point.
The overall experience is 9/10. Vizury is a great team full of intelligent individuals and I am happy we signed on with them.
Easy to segment & setup campaign. Comprehensive dashboard for easy visualisation & monitoring of performance.

Pros

EngageBay gives me the best experience to run Email Marketing and Sales activities on one platform. Reps help me to achieve what I need with the best support that can't I imagine before.
Automation is simple but powerful and there are great things coming that will make this one of the best tools out there.
The platforms offer an awesome automation platform for emails, plus landing pages and forms. It works quite well and can be a perfect substitute.

Cons

Lack of documentation on site, makes it difficult to fully understand all of Vizury's features.
The user interface can be confusing especially for first time users.
They have no relevant negative points to point out.

Cons

It made no sense that they rather lose a customer totally than provide a discount so that to me suggested bad business and support in the future.
Webinar features, landing pages does not support reusable headers and footers, no option to build own templates. Missing Social Software Analytics.
Very fewer options in templates where we can drag and drop.
