I had massive problems implementing the country flags for mobile devices. Weglot support discovered that a previously installed translation app had not been uninstalled correctly and helped me with this.
The software is installed with just a few clicks and the machine translations are immediately visible. That means you have your translation of your page immediately. Weglot is very quick to learn because of the many videos. In my case, I would like to highlight the support. I had some problems because we had previously installed another translation APP and the code remnants hindered Weglot. Weglot support has always helped me very quickly and very effectively. Really the best support you can expect. Thanks to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!
The price is comparatively expensive, but quality has its price. A good app with fast and good support has its price. I am also interested in the app being further developed and constantly improved.

The "people" part is where Weglot shines. I did not expect much when I was at my wits ends and decided to email Weglot's customer support. Didn't expect a response maybe after a few days - but to my surprise, I received a canned response and then an answer about an hour later!!! It wasn't fluff like "we appreciate you and please be patient". It was a right-to-the-point answer! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] ...
I like that there are many ways to visually edit the translations and I can also have the option of picking certain keywords/phrases to translate.
The flows and options are not very clear, but still very good and intuitive.

The tool is very well integrated with Webflow and allows to set up an automatic translation very quickly in any language. The content management system is very simple and allows you to work automatically or with translators without friction. If you are looking for a quick and easy to implement tool with 5 star customer support, I recommend you look at the
The pricing system could be improved because it can become quite expensive when you also translate a blog with a lot of content.

From sign up to set up to customization, the product works smoothly and has a clean, intuitive UI. What really sets Weglot apart is the support. They are so fast to respond, patient, and endlessly helpful. Best customer support on the web!
The visual editor's top bar UI is a little confusing, as are the way the links work in the translated content. Not a major issue.

It's easy to use and customizable to your website.
At first, our website was staying on English even when we tried to switch to other languages using the plugin. But I contacted customer support and [ Sensitive Content ] was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient as I continued troubleshooting on my end. Customer support is everything these days, especially when so many of us are working from afar, so this quick resolution and responsiveness gave us enormous peace of mind.

Easy to use and understand right out of the bat. Simple translation management, dynamic translations and ability to hide CSS or URL's mad me go for Weglot.
Subdirectories set up did not work for us and caused us trouble, even after the assurance from the support. Also, I would like to use a chat function instead of only email.

Overall experience with Weglot has been very positive. If you want to provide multi-lingual content in Thinkific, look no further. Highly recommended.
Overall Weglot works really well with Thinkific. The machine translation is of high quality, and the admin interface is intuitive and easy to use. Kudos to Weglot's excellent support: they respond swiftly, and have been able to solve all the issues we've encountered so far.
The integration could have been easier. There have been several occasions that I've had to turn to Weglot's support to resolve an issue. These issues have been minor for the most part, but still meaningful. Also, the way to implement the language switcher with videos could be a bit more straightforward.

I like how easy it is to get a quick response from a customer service. It is always very helpful and we've always found solutions to all our requests. From my experience it is very unlikely to get a quick & really helpful response when it comes to other digital softwares we use like squarespace, mailchimp etc.
What I like the least is that the original software doesn't have a built in option to do what I used this software for...ideally I wouldn't have to use third party service but since it's not an option yet, I'm happy to have Weglot.

The product is very easy and friendly to use. The fact that WEGLOT does automatically all translation is amazing. I gained lot of time.
When you are not similar to code, it's not easy to understand. You need to be accompanied.

I followed a guide from Finsweet on Youtube saying it is the easiest way to translate a Webflow Website and they were right. I like that i dont have to translate new content manually when i add new content to the my page.
At this stage i like almost everything about this software. There is nothing to complain. The customer support is excellent and helped me very quickly with my minor problems.

The support has been excellent, particularly [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. They always go above and beyond in ensuring that our Weglot integration works.
Ease of implementation. Good feature set. Weglot support helped iron out some kinks with our initial implementation and then have helped further down the line with all kinds of questions and requests.
A little expensive to get the full features that you may need for your business.

Service has been quick to respond when I had issues with the DNS settings, probably the most difficult part.
Translation is and has been always a major issue on all websites, it basically means you have to produce the same content twice. Weglot makes it very easy, just add an entry to your DNS file and add a snippet to your header and boom your website is translated in basically any language you want. The user won't even notice it, since you can enable to automatically select the right language based on browser settings. Automatic translation is good but not perfect, but therefore weglot offers a visual editor where you can refine your translation manually, which is a key feature. If you are to busy for that they offer professional translations, I haven't tried them though. Also they don't try to translate fixed expressions that you want to keep in English. All in all it is the perfect package.
It is probably pricing, it offers good value for money but if your cannot capitalize your business with translated content thant it might be not with it to you.

I suggest Weglot as it'very intuitive and if something doesn't seem to work, the assistance is great. I had a quick issue during the installation and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] helped me finding a solution straight away.
It's easy to install and to use, fast and responsive. Very reccomended.
There's nothing I can complain about, great software.

There are still some features that don't make sense to me but the most important thing is that I am able to use this service and it works well once I set it up my way.
I'm just grateful that I can have this software on my website that allows me to make it multilingual. I am very satisfied with the costumer service. They're really on top of things and are very supportive. Thank you to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for all the help!
I'm not quite pleased with the automated translation as it doesn't translate the sentences well but I'm just grateful that I can manually add my own translation.

Product dashboard have almost everything that you need for make multilingual website.

It's easy, it's working pretty good.
I didn't manage to exclude the product titles of translation from the webshop. And I was supprised how quick I got an answere from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] customer support. That was really helpfull!
You still have to check each page in each language do some translations of course, because not everything is translated a you like.
