I have been using Weglot for several months now and I have to say that I'm very impressed. The setup process was easy, the translations are of high quality, and the customer support is fantastic. I would highly recommend Weglot for anyone who needs to create a multilingual website.
Weglot is an incredibly user-friendly platform that makes it easy to create multilingual websites. The setup process is straightforward and the translations are of high quality. The customer support is also top notch, and they are always willing to help with any problems or questions you may have.
The only downside I can think of is the cost. Weglot is not the cheapest option out there, but the quality you get makes it worth the investment.

We've had a couple of questions about making customisations to fit the language switcher into our site and other questions along the way as we fine tune Weglot into our site. Weglot have been with us the whole time providing timely responses and helpful and specific answers to our questions.
Weglot has been super easy for us to implement within our BigCommerce store. The functionality is excellent with the ability to have it running within minutes or customise as needed. We've customised it to fit within our store theme and have multiple subdomains setup. Within 24 hours of adding the subdomains to Google we were receiving new traffic and orders so it's already delivering a return on investment.
Every feature which we need we have found within Weglot, I'm yet to think of anything which is missing.

I never experience better customer service. I wish all my partners would be as dedicated.
Of course, the product itself is great and does what needs to be done. I installed it without any IT background. It is really easy to use. It could probably be improved on some points although nothing comes immediately to my mind. What I want to emphasize here is the customer service quality. Rapidity, efficiency, kindness,... but also what lacks the most in such "IT" service, a real customer-oriented support. Actually, I think the product works already so well and has so few flows that the people behind it are bored and therefore so happy to help when finally someone gets a question :-).
The invoicing system. I do not yet totally understand how consumption is calculated. Once the translation is done, that you have 1 or 1.000.000 views, it should not differ in rate so much. We just reach a limit of views and the service stopped. I needed to switch to another category which makes it much more expensive. (Although the translation job has already been done).

WEGLOT permet de ne pas avoir à se soucier de faire tous les changement en double sur le site web puisqu'il ajuste automatiquement les traductions quand des changement à la langue principale sont apportés à la langue principale.
L'implantation de WEGLOT se fait de manière très efficace et rapide. Bien qu'elle nécessite un peu de lecture, une fois le processus terminé, toutes les traductions sont générés de façon automatiques afin de faciliter la tâche. Cette automatisation me permet d'avoir l'esprit tranquille quand j'ajoute du nouveau contenu à la version principale du site, car je sais que ce contenu sera traduit automatiquement. La fonctionnalité de vérification manuelle permet aussi de s'assurer que l'entièreté des traductions du site est validée en tout temps.
WEGLOT n'offre que très peu d'options de personnalisation du bouton de langues présent sur le site web. Bien qu'il y ai quelques options de personnalisation disponible (afficher ou non le drapeau de la langue, le nom complet de la langue, menu déroulant), aucune personnalisation de polices, de taille ou de couleur existe d'emblée. Par contre le service à la clientèle est rapide et efficace et nous a aider à personnaliser notre bouton.

The product works great but the highlight is Customer Support. Knowledgeable, to the point, Quick replies and clear solutions to any issues or concerns are something that most other companies could learn from.
Set and forget is hard to find with software lately, but weglot does work as intended and it is relatively simple to install and configure. Once done, one can sit back and relax, knowing that future updates won't crash or slow-down the site.
No software is perfect but weglot does what one expects. I didn't always find the response to what I wanted to do in the help section, but technical support is great and replies pretty much immediately.

For a non-coder like me, what I like most about Weglot is how easy it is to integrate to your website and use. But what makes Weglot stand out, is their 5-star support. Always fast, friendly, with a genuine willingness to help and solve your problem.
It's been a while since I used all the features, so non that I can think of right now.

It's easy to use and customizable to your website.
At first, our website was staying on English even when we tried to switch to other languages using the plugin. But I contacted customer support and [ Sensitive Content ] was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient as I continued troubleshooting on my end. Customer support is everything these days, especially when so many of us are working from afar, so this quick resolution and responsiveness gave us enormous peace of mind.

I do Multi-Language-Websites for our clients. Easy to go. Easy to use. Even with CRM like Jimdo, WP or WIX. Frankly speaking: the translation, which the translator did, has not differed greatly from the machine translation. Sure, a native speaker will notice the difference, but, hey, you can easily change every sentence manually in the editor. This way, the translator doesn't have to look for new work and you still save a lot of time with your project. Win-win!
It is easy to integrate - and more importantly, it saves an incredible amount of working time. Instead of duplicating all the subpages of the website, after that giving it to a translator, implement the translations, you can do all that with almost 1-click. Best topic: the visual editor. Second best: the awesome service and kind people at Weglot.
Sometimes you have to do a second reload in the visual editing mode. But, hey, that is whining at a high level.

The Software works really well and translates well. It's great help and saves a lot of time. Plus i love the fact you can customize rules for single sentences and words. For each problem i had, the customer support was really incredible.

Easy to use and understand right out of the bat. Simple translation management, dynamic translations and ability to hide CSS or URL's mad me go for Weglot.
Subdirectories set up did not work for us and caused us trouble, even after the assurance from the support. Also, I would like to use a chat function instead of only email.

De plugin is super makkelijk te installeren. Werkt erg goed.

I have implemented Weglot on two websites. Both with WooCommerce. Weglot works perfect.
Simple and fast implementation. It does not overload WordPress like some competing plugins.
You have to pay, but it is worth buying :-)

Cette solution est rapide à mettre en place, à maîtriser, y compris sur plusieurs sites. Elle fournit surtout un mix de traduction automatiques et manuelles qui permet un bon niveau de langue. Parfait pour des solutions wordpress ou shopify.
Le service client est irréprochable et personnalisé. Réponse en moins d'une journée, le(s) technicien(s) passent parfois plusieurs heures su le problème et peuvent prendre la main sur différentes interfaces que j'utilise. Et apportent des solutions systématiquement, sans surcout. Ceci est très correct pour le tarif global du logiciel.
Certaines fonctions peuvent amener à effacer en bloc (reset) les traductions, qui, sans mécanismes de sauvegarde, sont à revoir entièrement.

Overall experience with Weglot has been very positive. If you want to provide multi-lingual content in Thinkific, look no further. Highly recommended.
Overall Weglot works really well with Thinkific. The machine translation is of high quality, and the admin interface is intuitive and easy to use. Kudos to Weglot's excellent support: they respond swiftly, and have been able to solve all the issues we've encountered so far.
The integration could have been easier. There have been several occasions that I've had to turn to Weglot's support to resolve an issue. These issues have been minor for the most part, but still meaningful. Also, the way to implement the language switcher with videos could be a bit more straightforward.

Seamless experience, easy to use and implement and those few times we needed support they were there for us in less than 24h, without any complicated ticketing tools... a simple e-mail and a quick and useful reply! That's how it should be! Thanks a lot for that!!
It's very easy to use and the best part, it's easy to maintain. When we change part of our website it automatically carries over to the other language(s). All we need to do is quickly double check the automatic translation (8/10 we need no changes!) and that's it!
Localization for German-Switzerland is still missing... it's a minor thing since German-Germany is mostly the same, but would be an appreciated feature for the future.

Everything worked at start, which is satisfying. Globally easy to use and to implement on our website. The real plus, the customer service is extremely nice and helpful !
Nothing for now as I am entirely satisfied of the service. There are some subtle errors within the automated translations but I find great to be able to correct them by myself.
