Pros

I wanted to love WordPress. It has so many great features and integrations and its very affordable.
If you are a person who has many thoughts that you would like to publish or perhaps you like fashion and want to show that interest, then WorldPress is your best friend.
WordPress is really an amazing content management system, that allows you to build stunning and amazing websites within few hours.

Pros

I love the flexible nature that comes with the usage of this application and the user-friendly quality that makes it easy to read and interprete flow charts with ease.
This software supports all business sizes from small to big hence facilitating growth of the whole enterprise. A good emailing platform really makes record keeping easy and efficient.
A very strong customer support which is responsive in time ensures a stable and strong market growth. Its ability to provide a mobile app really gives my business an edge to boom.

Cons

As a result, I'm forced to disapprove and delete spam comments individually, and when you get hundreds of these kind of spam comments each week, you can imagine that it can be frustrating.
Wordpress is really limited in its features and functionalities. More than that, the support for customers is bad.
We've found ourselves stalled out badly with problems at times because a theme or plugin had terrible support.

Cons

I am disappointed with the number of panel limits you can have with the contracted plan. The other disadvantage is that UX can be tricky at times.
Any interactions with any person who works at HubSpot. Arrogant, rude, condescending, lacking any understanding of business rules.
It's frankly disgusting that this company relies on such draconian measures as a source of revenue.

HubSpot is a Great Option for Business with $1-million to $15-million in Annual Revenues

Email Marketing Automation is simplified, and in comparison to a campaign tool such as InfusionSoft, this is much better.

Pros

Ease of Use for Non-Techy Team Members: This software allows for an in-house marketing team of 1 (or many) to be able to perform all digital marketing functions for the company from creating a website with landing pages, to inbound marketing campaigns, social monitoring and scheduling, to an easy to understand metrics and data dashboard.

Cons

It is not as flexible as WordPress in terms of plugins, but it does easily integrate with a WordPress website to still allow all the great CRM features, Data Measurement and Marketing Automation capabilities.

Value for your money!

Hubspot offers platform which scales from the needs of small and medium-sized businesses to the needs of an enterprise company. I've used personally all of the big four marketing automation tools and find Hubspot the easiest to use and feel that time to value with Hubspot is way more faster than with any other tool our there in the market.

Pros

Easy to use, scalable, personalization beyond traditional email, cos, landing pages

Cons

No support for multilingual websites (needs definitely feature such as WPML plugin for Wordpress)

It covers almost everything modern digital marketing is about. HubSpot itself is a digital marketing pioneer, which helps them with implementing the latest technology.

Cons

The design side could be better, comparing examples like wordpress, Squarespace, mailchimp, etc. The collateral/file management system isn't ideal.

Increased efficiency of marketing activity

Pros

I like everything about this tool: their design, their fast and friendly customer service and they also have academy where you can learn how use the software more efficiently and offer free trial to try the product before paying for it. HubSpot provides the same feature that their more expensive competitors do and at the same time HubSpot is more oriented on small businesses than its competitors.

Cons

Integration with our website, which is on WordPress was a bit tricky, but it worked eventually. Other than that everything is good.

Everything is in one system. The CRM is linked to both the sales and marketing platforms. Emails can be auto-logged to contacts in the CRM. Hubspot also integrates with Google calendar to create and log meetings. Customization. You can create custom properties for contacts, companies, and deals, making the system work for your company's needs. Interface and usability. Friendly, available support.

Cons

the website editor can be a little limiting - however, if your website is hosted elsewhere, like Wordpress, this won't be an issue.

Pros

The way it integrates with WordPress and Gmail makes it easy to keep on top of Contact lists and new subscribers.

Cons

Learning new operations is always a time-consuming aspect of using new software however it is worth the extra effort.

My overall experience is extremely positive, mainly because of the fact that this software can be integrated with the most important and common plugins of WordPress.

Pros

I use this software mainly as an integration for WooCommerce and that's impressive that it has so many features for free: you can use it for your marketing strategies, to create great and direct connections with your customers, to organize the work of your whole team and even to group different kind of customers according to the categories of products you sell. Just one word: amazing!

Cons

Maybe the only con - and I don't even know if it can be considered a con given the amount and complexity of its features - is that maybe it can't be considered extremely intuitive, but thanks to its tutorials, you can simply solve this problem.

Consolidation of contacts and information. Also, having the ability to generate new leads, and contacts for items such as email campaigns has been great.

Pros

The ease of integration on your website is fantastic. Having the ability to quickly add lead forms on any page is amazing. The integration for platforms such as WordPress is easy to do as well.

Cons

As far the free HubSpot Marketing features go, it's pretty limited. To gain access to the higher tier features you have to pay a pretty hefty price. Also, it'd be nice if there was a tutorial walk through as soon as you got into the software that walked you through functionality.

A full-featured, easy to use solution

Pros

We're able to bring our CRM, CMS, and a lot of our analytics tracking into one platform. This is way easier than running a site off of Wordpress, for example, and having a separate CRM.

Cons

Most of my gripes are small - little things here and there that you'd expect to be able to do but cannot. For example, using smart content on 'thank you' pages, or having native multi-step form functionality. Would also like it to be easier to truly track user journeys and pick trends out from there. However, I do believe they listen to their users and have made a lot of big improvements since we started with them.

Hubspot cos is the most comprehensive content management and optimisation solutio out there. We have tried multiple ways of maintaining a website - WordPress, bootstrap, but Hubspot cos rules them all. Built for classic b2b startups.

Cons

Support is not fast enough. We have find the support response time to be not fast enough.

Tons of Features, but Missing An Important One

Were it to possess email capability (and that capability was comparable to the big ones out there - Aweber, Mailchimp, Agile, etc), Hubspot would be my go-to, and I would most likely subscribe to a proper plan JUST for that, as their other capabilities are amazing. The no-email is a dealbreaker, though, as is.

Pros

I love the fact HubSpot has every integration under the sun available, including a dedicated plugin for WordPress that basically makes it an on-site CRM. Adding capture forms, sorting leads/contacts, all super easy and intuitive.

Cons

There is no email/contact option outside of purchasing a plan. While this can be worked around using either a dedicated email platform or another CRM, it would be nice to include that feature with a monthly cap, similar to how their competitors work. Being able to test the email function on free mode, combined with all the other bells and whistles HubSpot offers, would be a knockout sales punch.

Convenient marketing platform

Pros

With the help of HubSpot Marketing, we have organized a database of clients and deals. For each contact, we can receive information about how the client found out about our site. HubSpot Marketing works great with a WordPress site.

Cons

The program does not have the ability to create your own projects and synchronize the platform with Telegram. In addition, it took us several months to introduce the service to the company.

Pros

The live chat and scheduling tools were fantastic and better than most other vendors. The email workflows were pretty good too.

Cons

If you want to get the most value out of it, you have to stay within their ecosystem. You have to use their blogging tools instead of the more popular Wordpress, and their blogging system is pretty limited comparatively.

They help you get setup so that you can build and create everything needed for a well run marketing automaton program. You can create LPs, send emails, and even schedule social media all through the platform. It allows you to manage more out of one platform, instead of having to use 3-4 different ones.

Cons

The initial implementation can be a bit slow, for good reasons though. At times you may feel restrained when creating a LP since it's not straight WordPress, but it does help your team keep a brand standard across multple channels and campaigns.

We used it for about a year and a half, but overall it just wasn't worth the pricetag.

Pros

It was nice that everything was in one place as far as email, landing pages, etc. All organized, but there are much better products out there that focus on just the one thing that they do and then you can integrate them and use them together rather than paying Hubspot for all everything in one place.

Cons

It is too expensive, and there are much better products out there that focus on just the one thing that they do such as using wordpress and mailchimp together, etc. rather than having your website and emailing all under hubspot and paying lots of money.

Centralized, One-Stop Shop. Can Be expensive For Smaller Businesses, Though

Pros

The user interface is easy to navigate and their training is helpful. Support is usually top-notch, as well. HubSpot makes it easy to set-up workflows and lists, create emails, and develop forms . We use a WordPress site and embed HubSpot features with no problems.

Cons

The integration with Salesforce isn't always perfect - using the two together has presented a few headaches. The glitches have been major, but it could be much smoother. The landing page builder is clunky. It's still not drag-and-drop like many other builders out there, which is a little surprising. It's also expensive, and continues to cost more as you generate more contacts (a double-edged sword).
