Pros

Great solution to build landing pages / small & big websites with low budget - but if you got the money the results will be amazing.
If you are a person who has many thoughts that you would like to publish or perhaps you like fashion and want to show that interest, then WorldPress is your best friend.
WordPress is really an amazing content management system, that allows you to build stunning and amazing websites within few hours.

Pros

Beautiful interface - ease of use - mobile responsive - inbuilt gamification - social community - Inbuilt Apps - automation of everything with innovative rules engine - this solution has it all.
The help features and guides are excellent and have helped my staff with the set up of our courses. It is end-user friendly and has been a great tool for instructors and students.
The founder of NEO has a true love for education and it shows. I feel like I am part of developing the system as it has matured over the years.

Cons

We've found ourselves stalled out badly with problems at times because a theme or plugin had terrible support.
The biggest problem with WordPress is the lack of understanding that it is a blog software.
As a result, I'm forced to disapprove and delete spam comments individually, and when you get hundreds of these kind of spam comments each week, you can imagine that it can be frustrating.

Cons

In addition, if there were more options for the type of test questions such as drag and drop.
Navigation is sometimes awkward. For example, getting to 'Notes' for a student, there is only one route.
It's difficult to find answers on the program itself.

I enjoy the potential of this site. I wish the learning curve was not so large, but I am liking what I am learning.

Pros

I like the ability to use plug-ins and really make your website your own. I also like the ability to search withing the Wordpress community.I

Cons

I do think this site could be a little easier to navigate. As someone who is not very tech savvy, it took some time for me to figure out how to get where I wanted and how to do what I needed. The learning curve seems large for this site.

Great for design!

Reviewed 7 years ago

I'm always discovering new features to use on our websites. I've really enjoyed getting to know the wordpress system and now prefer it over any other web design option. We use this for three of our non-profit sites tied to the church (church, preschool and youth). I love that you can add multiple users and limit what parts of the site they are able to edit. This allows me to fully use my volunteer base to keep our web up-to-date without worrying about someone making changes that are too great and 'ruining' the site.

Pros

Ease of use, lots of cool features.

Cons

Some learning curve when first beginning.

It seems like everything premium requires a fee. It is extremely difficult to use. If you don't subscribe to a premium theme then you have to upload your own images.

Great simple solution but not for developers

Reviewed 7 years ago

Simple administration of courses with tested results, the ability to handle a very large number of users simultaneously.

Pros

Initial features, integration options with woocommerce in wordpress. The api is a wonderful tool but could be a goldmine if properly documented or supported.

Cons

The API is poorly documented, can't get a log file from anyone @ matrix to even route the problem, seems as if there are no developers that can be reached for the offered api.
