Pros and Cons from Squarespace users

The overall use of this product is amazing, very easy to use and my clients love it. The love the fact that they can do edits themselves.
The options are limited. Editing pages can be difficult because everything needs to be dragged and dropped into place, but most of the time all of the other blocks will shift during editing.
It's good for what it is, which is a basic website maker that has the ability to make very function, nice looking pages.
One of my colleagues who is taking over for me, really disliked how the Squarespace template prevented any changes. He contacted Squarespace and with their assistance was able to break the template.
Love that Squarespace introduced me to web design due to its ease of use. Templates are as great as Wix and both are really great competitors to one another.
The flip side is that Squarespace has few if any bugs, while Wix and Weebly can get strange errors in my experience.
Squarespace is a well-designed, elegant solution to building a website when you are not a techie. Their options for designs are generally clean and artistic, and the back-end tools are very useful.
Additionally, the lack of a "collaboration" feature on the blog makes it hard to slow to work with a partner on posts.
I love that’s its platforms that helps you grow your business in an edgy and very appropriate way. They have amazing templates to choose from.
I have been quite pleased with my experience with SquareSpace and am glad I am using them for my business needs.
Overall, I would highly recommend Squarespace. It’s a great solution to build a website that is professionally designed yet customizable and easy to update on your own for an affordable price.
Beautiful aesthetics; bountiful elements for customization; Squarespace takes care of keeping platform current with browser updates; mobile and desktop friendly; ability to have online store.
I have been satisfied with my Squarespace experience and would recommend it to others. Our website is clean and functional and it was easy to learn how to do everything on the backend.
Overall this is the very best platform for our organization. Customer support is friendly and attentive, And layout/template options are intuitive and easy to use.
I like the clean design, and intuitive user experience and user interface. It also has integrations with popular e-commerce tools.
Truly for the money and ease, it's absolutely worth it. On top of it, the customer service is unreal.
Ease of use & implementation, reliability, overall cost & robust features that allow our website to connect us with prospective clients.
Squarespace is very affordable compared to other solutions and it has an increasing number of integrations with commonly used software.

Pros and Cons from Salesforce Marketing Cloud users
+15
Encourages cross-team communications. Great support from the vendor, and strong community of users and third-party integrators.
The price, the user experience, the lack of multibrand use. When I threatened to take my business elsewhere we had one call with the VP but then he stopped responding to calls and emails.
Was quite easy to understand for novice and navigate around and had easy to use and useful automated marketing features that made reaching a large audience seamlessly easy.
It felt like they were just as fed up with this crap tool as we are. Although they didn't say it, I think one of our key employees quit over the frustration of dealing with marketing cloud.
We use salesforce daily to engage with customers on a daily basis. It has been very helpful in managing customer journeys, sending and preparing emails, and getting good reporting.
Not all pending sends will list themselves under "Pending Sends," so that has caused some issues with accidentally sending the same email to the same list more than once.
It had a good native integration with Litmus. I liked the reporting feature that visually showed where users where clicking in an email.
The customer service and sales team was probably the worst I've seen from an enterprise product. Even though it's owned by Salesforce, it isn't as well integrated as Marketo.
Its very user friendly when you need to build assets with less time. I think those who have a more B2C business marketing model will find this more beneficial with the 1:1 ratio for personalization.
Further, the e-newsletters don't cooperate with Outlook, which is frustrating since both are Microsoft products.
Salesforce offers a big eco-system with lots of functionalities and a good customer overview.
Also opening a ticket with customer support is a pain, especially if you don't have a Salesforce login (I've tried both with and without.).
You are able to view and respond to emails from all of your coworkers which helps with workload management.
The e-newsletter design function is nearly useless unless you can code HTML, and the preview emails you see never match what ends up in your inbox.
The Journey Building feature is incredible for this. This also allows you to set triggers and make intelligent automation decisions.
Steep learning curve, Poor Customer service, Fairly expensive for most of the users.
Love what the product is capable of doing. But it takes a significant amount of time and money beyond the cost of the product to set it up and maintain it.
For a small business I'd HIGHLY recommend going with something else.

Great features, great team, great support. If you need an online store, in any field, any language, and any country, PrestaShop is absolutely the best choice.
The worst of this is you have an ecommerce with more than 10000 references. On those particular cases the software became a little bit slow.
It's an easy to use program, friendly UX, responsive, it covers all the basic needs for a basic e-commerce business, great library of admins to upgrade your business.
In the process, it turned out that some plugins conflict with each other, causing malfunctions in the site. Initial setup requires programming skills.
There were over a thousand options and all are pretty good. The first time I see that any CMS has such thoughtful templates.
Very unstable when it comes to updates / everything breaks every time we update. Code is still not fully migrated to symfony.
It's free and relatively easy to use. I like the fact that there are lots of modules you can add on to create better functionality.
If you don't engage the right person for the development, could have some problem when you update the core. Community not has much engaged than other platform.
Ability to install different languages at the admin dashboard so that the website visitors can translate the store in their respective languages is great.
When i spend money it was on ill-judged attempts to find a one page checkout module that turned-out not to cope with a particular server or to solve the specific problems of the default checkout.
This has been a great solution for medium brands that process more than 100 orders per month and have some particular functionalitys of management stock with third party shared integrations.
We are building PrestaShops since 2012 and are very satisfied with the solution. We can build nearly every special feature a user would like to have.
One of the main benefits of Prestashop is that it is totally free to use. You can get its free design theme right after installing it with a lot of satisfying features.
For this reason, I was very happy to switch to CMS PrestaShop, since the platform has open source code, which means that any element of the design and interface can be redesigned according to my plan.
As an e-tailor we like the flexibility of PrestaShop as an CMS, the large community who work with the software and the way you can make use of the software.
I like the platform because it easily integrates with social networks and data collection tools. Our company has easily worked with Facebook, Twitter and Google Analytics.
For a small e-commerce business is Prestashop a matching solution. You can run it for free or invest as much as is comfortable for you.
Just sit back and wait to collect revenue from sales. Unless you want to mess around the website alot, there is really no need for additional plugins and such, and that's what I love.

Volusion is a great solution for those who want to sell online and use something else other than Shopify. It offers a lot of great functionality and has an easy to use interface.
I have been receiving communications from them 3-4 time each day since I started my trial period. It is very annoying, disrupted, and time consuming.
Lots of great features come as standard and aren’t an optional paid extra like other solutions. Has a lot of great integrations.
BY far the worst customer service experience I've ever had with any similar service. We have been working on re-platforming for 6 months so that we can leave them and never look back.
I like the content management aspect & ease of use. I have been involved in all aspects of setting it up & using the software & I have been well pleased.
API is an absolute disaster. You can't find an agency to work with the API because it's proprietary, so you're limited to who is already partnered with Volusion.
Volusion is a solid platform that help you get your ecommerce stores up and running in no time.
The incessant communications were very disruptive to my schedule. I will not be using this software.
Super simple CRM software that is quick to deploy and set up. It has many tiers of pricing for all budgets, and simple dashboard interface.
There are not very many options for offering my customers discounts. Coupon codes are very restricted.
I like Volusion because of how it is set up in the background/Admin area.
While using card payments you have to pay for SSL. Its not open source that's why customization is limited.
I liked that they offered custom website design services so you know their design will work with optimally with their platform.
NO full address correction. NO per item shipping restrictions.
It may be better suited to small companies but seems to have enough functionality to be used by larger ecommerce sellers as well. Customer Service is excellent.
It's full featured, but has fallen behind to more modern competitors.
A solid platform but lacks some major features.
The templates are a little difficult to modify, but not impossible.
