We are implementing the Odoo software and the customer service is amazing. Our team leader, she is extremely helpful and intelligent, asking all the right questions to serve our specific needs.
Many errors in Multi Company, bad interface between electronic accounting from México and multicompany functionality. Hard to develop reports, the product need a similar as Crystal Reports from SAP.
It's great to work and develop on Odoo, it's impressive how fast odoo is growing. Maybe is good to create LTS release for big customer to have more than 3 year of support.
Oh well, it can but then you suddenly need to pay their consultants to have it custom build for you. For everything they start saying you need to pay and pay and pay.
This is a great program for usage in terms of getting all aspects of your business together in terms of important platforms like inventories etc.
The customer support is very bad and we are wasting a lot of time.
The mainly most attractive feature is it's opensource. Apart from this helps you to setup your all type of scaled organisation and the customisation is very easy.
Very poor support of partners. Very bad deep understanding of overall solution in odoo (as main provider).
Grsphics and web interface is awesome, installation is easier, customization can be made. Secure and remotely access, available in SAas and local server, even can be installed on your domain.

Great solution to build landing pages / small & big websites with low budget - but if you got the money the results will be amazing.
We've found ourselves stalled out badly with problems at times because a theme or plugin had terrible support.
If you are a person who has many thoughts that you would like to publish or perhaps you like fashion and want to show that interest, then WorldPress is your best friend.
The biggest problem with WordPress is the lack of understanding that it is a blog software.
WordPress is really an amazing content management system, that allows you to build stunning and amazing websites within few hours.
As a result, I'm forced to disapprove and delete spam comments individually, and when you get hundreds of these kind of spam comments each week, you can imagine that it can be frustrating.
The template they provide to create a websites are awesome which may show a good website. The plugins are on of the best features in wordpress i have used so far for creating my website.

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.
I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.
Mailchimp is very great software. I like how it's easy to interface, and how you can clean the data.
Mailchimp is used by many which means that spam filters are more likely to tag your emails as spam. I did not have any other problems with Mailchimp.
I like how Mailchimp keeps track of my audience and helps me categorize them for different types of emails. I also like being able to create appealing and interactive emails for my viewers.
For a company that's been around as long as Mailchimp has, it's crazy to me how bad the UX/UI is. It's just hard to use so much of the time.
The greatest benefit to using this program is the integration possibilities. It is compatible with a lot of the other software/programs we use so integration was seamless and saved time & money.
Very confusing, very difficult to figure out where to click , also when you input a wrong email address it blocks your whole process of sending emails to others.
Their dedication to improvement is a positive sign for the company. There is a reason that they are the industry standard.

The overall use of this product is amazing, very easy to use and my clients love it. The love the fact that they can do edits themselves.
The options are limited. Editing pages can be difficult because everything needs to be dragged and dropped into place, but most of the time all of the other blocks will shift during editing.
It's good for what it is, which is a basic website maker that has the ability to make very function, nice looking pages.
One of my colleagues who is taking over for me, really disliked how the Squarespace template prevented any changes. He contacted Squarespace and with their assistance was able to break the template.
Love that Squarespace introduced me to web design due to its ease of use. Templates are as great as Wix and both are really great competitors to one another.
The flip side is that Squarespace has few if any bugs, while Wix and Weebly can get strange errors in my experience.
Squarespace is a well-designed, elegant solution to building a website when you are not a techie. Their options for designs are generally clean and artistic, and the back-end tools are very useful.
Additionally, the lack of a "collaboration" feature on the blog makes it hard to slow to work with a partner on posts.
I love that’s its platforms that helps you grow your business in an edgy and very appropriate way. They have amazing templates to choose from.
I have been quite pleased with my experience with SquareSpace and am glad I am using them for my business needs.
Overall, I would highly recommend Squarespace. It’s a great solution to build a website that is professionally designed yet customizable and easy to update on your own for an affordable price.

Love the calendar feature where it syncs with my Google calendar. Love the reminders for client appointments and how they can manage their own appointments.
I have struggled most with billing—getting cards to not charge for missed appointments. Reminders have occasionally caught me off guard—either they went out too many times or not enough.
I like the fact that we no longer have to have paper files, ease of use overall and some of the features like appointment reminders, the ability to create and add your own documents.
This annoyed me because my time is very valuable and I specifically set aside the time for my training and no one bothered to alert me that it had been canceled.

They were very responsive and did a great job helping me figure out the best way to use the software. The Event tool was nice and make event management through the list easy to do.
Given the circumstances of the pandemic and not using the services to even log in during the last year, that was inconsiderate and unacceptable.
The data reporting on opens/clicks/etc. Is incredibly helpful to track which emails gain a good response and which time of the week works best to send to our audiences.
Very disappointing, frustrating, and countless email cammpaigns have been wasted due to Constant Contacts software rearranging and distoring the format of the original created email.
The program is easy to customize, There are plug and play templates as I like to call them. They look beautiful from the consumer side and are easy to understand from the creative side too.
I was disappointed when the dropped the event portion of their program and integrated with Eventbrite.
The software is easy to learn, use, and the templates for the emails are nice yet simple to customize. The feedback about open rates is good and it's easy to setup follow-up campaigns.
But advertised as a CRM and contact management to me. It is expensive for the purpose and you can not pay per use which is unfair to most.

Sometimes when I drag and drop a widget, it ends up halfway down the page in the wrong position, like the mouse is not calibrated or something, and this can only be fixed by doing a hard refresh.

It must have been their last back up -- three years ago. They purposely did not notify us nor apologized for their errors.

Overall a very good and intuitive rental program at an affordable price with great support.
We hate losing a small piece that may cost $1000 or more and we didn't have it barcoded in separately on a check out. Also it has a hard time integrating with Quickbooks and other accounting software.
Useful and super helpful product for organizing the rental services we offer in our shop.
So far that is my main complaint. It is only designs for a brick and mortar shop when so many rental shops are online now.
The backend calendar and inventory management is a delight to work with and the payment integration with Stripe is seamless.
It runs next to our online store, so you see 2 shopping baskets on the page which is sometimes confusing.
Easy to use, clear layout, excellent stock tracking and clear, quote and invoice system, and most importantly for me, a eurocentric setting and not a U.S. one.
Improvements can almost always be made to any product, although Booqable is difficult to critique.
It integrates well with our site (unlike other programs) and when we compared the cost to other options, booqable came out an easy winner.
It is quite soon to offer a comprehensive review as we are at the beginning of the use but so far the best I could find on the market.

I was unable to swith the language of my webshop which was a big disadvantage from my side.

Email GUI: Search functions are lousy: email address search requires literal coincidence. No content search available (or at least we could not make it run).

I then phone the platform and it always turns out it was not there fault. Then I phoned resnexus back and eventually they are forced to admit they are making the mistake.
The reporting is a fantastic help to our business - keeping us on track and informed - granting some peace of mind during COVID-19.
There are no features that I dislike. It was relatively easy to integrate other booking platforms, i.e., booking.com and authorize to connect with InnPayment.
The ease of use, the customer service to switch us from our old PMS was great, the daily use of is very easy and the continuing updating and listening to hoteliers of what we need is top notch.
I cannot think of anything that I am unhappy with right now.

It's hard to create an app builder that does it all and keeps up with technology advancements. Unfortunately, I think there is app fatigue out there.

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.
As a CRM, cloud for documentation and message it works great and is at a very nice price.
Their employee performance report is just an eyewash, they don't have an employee reporting structure at all, what the biggest disappointment.

My overall experience with Format has been AMAZING. I have tried using Wix, Adobe Portfolio and SquareSpace for my online portfolio/website, but Format has been the software I Love the Most.
Lack of personal customisation options. I have also found some flaws in the system which cause crashes ocassionally.
CUSTOMER SERVICE is top notch, and many of them are artists themselves. I love those folks, they’re all very friendly and helpful.
One thing that I do not like as well is its lack of showing analytics. If I am not mistaken, you need to pay a bit extra to see those where as with other providers they offer that standard.

Most alumni lose touch with their institute after a few years due to lack of platform where all the updates about college can be viewed.
We love the product and the Almabase team has been there every step of the way to help us get the most from the product. I would definitely recommend this software to other schools.
Sometimes I can forget how to do things, but that's more of a personal issue.
Product itself is super easy to use and the customer service is top-notch. Map feature is impressive and we have received great feedback from our alumni since launching recently.
This software does not "talk to" Senior Systems, so it does make it difficult when information is updated on one platform.
The platform has been helpful in connecting with alumni, and the customer service team is helpful and responsive.
A little difficult to get the product to flex when segmenting lists without holding the admin role. Not too custom of a product.
The ability to bring alumni together on a platform has been ideal and allows for an "exclusive" benefit for our membership.
The price of Almabase is very fair for the functionality you receive in return for your alumni platform. It has some great syncing options.

And I found for myself that I was confused about setting it up. I also think I was sort of pushing the envelope in terms of my group structure so it was not a straight forward situation.
It allows for intentionality when members want to engage, and keep them focused on the most important happenings, with featured and welcome sections.
Not intuitive to navigate, making it hard to find exactly what you are looking for - just feels rather clunky.
The people at Mighty Networks are fantastic and their availability, feedback, and knowledge have fundamentally and positively altered how I am approaching my business and how I teach.

The biggest feature Wethos is missing falls under the CRM umbrella, where Wethos does not have automated emails built into the tool to schedule emails based on specific triggers in advance.
I love Wethos for the templates they have as resources on their platform. I was able to win $30,000 using these templates.
Some features not avail in Canada and no app yet so working from my phone isn’t the easiest.
I like that this allows me to present my creative work in a professional way. Having a starting point for communicating scope and setting expectations in the contract is great.

Great product that integrates with a webage to provide seamless training, pretty simple to use. Great concept that uses the actual love system.
Clunky to set up and our trainer got certified, only to find then that the prescribed way of using the product was wrong, which resulted in slower last times for our app. Difficult to determine ROI.
Great, excellent work that I do WalkMe. It should be noted that their treatment and concern for the welfare of their customers is always in sight.
The issues I encountered with Flash and different Internet operating systems were somewhat of a pain initially.
Has very good customization capabilities. Provides a good UX to build and design your walkthroughs and announcements.
It's often mistaken and mislabeled as an "instructional" tool. Mobile is an added cost.
The tool is very good goes beyond online help system a full fledged user engagement tool with good analytics and authoring tool.
If there is no one to dedicate their time to building out processes then it will take forever to get done.

Unfortunately their product is prohibitively hard to use. They have set up a "walkme university" and require 10 hours of training and watching videos just to get started.

When setting up a company site, it was extremely difficult to figure out how to do it and I was unable to get a response from customer service.
I love how professional pixieset looks and how easy it is for my clients to access their full resolution digital files. They can also order prints and download images.
During the pandemic I did not get photography work so I cancelled my Pixieset account.
No matter how good your photos Pixieset makes them look sensational. My clients adore their albums this way.
Sometimes clients have a difficult time downloading the images.
I love that my galleries look seamless for delivery to clients and that the storefront to purchase prints is built in.
Clients get a little confused when downloading images, but once I walk them through the process step by step, it works out.
My clients enjoy the ease and elegant look of Pixieset.
I absolutely love Pixieset. I couldn't beat the price and quality for bundling a website and a proofing system.
It’s also a fantastic way of sharing pix with family and friends using the link and password. Relatively easy to create the portfolio and can be done quickly.
