We'll have someone from our support team give you a call today, since you are able to zoom in and out on the Gantt view of the schedule to see anywhere from a few days all the way to the entire span of the project. In fact, we have the ability to do that on more advanced views, as well, where you can see the overlay of multiple projects, even color coded by your subs doing the different tasks. We'll make sure you're squared away with how to get what you need.

I have come to the conclusion that Co-Construct is NOT a piece of software; Co-Construct is a comprehensive, enterprise-wide, process solution. Our business is crazy busy which lead us to react to every situation without the time to manage situations in advance. Of course, that leads to customer dissatisfaction, money leaking through the cracks, Superintendents without clear specifications, thus many re-works (read $$$). Co-Construct is in the process of quieting that all down. It has caused us to think through the Co-Construct implementation and the all the processes and procedures surrounding each customer home. EUREKA!

Great Software for Custom Builders/Re-Modellers 

We've been trying to find a system to help with all of our construction projects:  homes, commercial, land clearing, etc. This has been a great tool with lots of features!

If you are looking for a seamless transitions of your bidding/estimating to project management/collaboration/documentation and to the financials then this a pretty good solutions.

Its ease of use and user friendly format allows you to accurately and quickly manage all aspects of your project with great accuracy.

The subscription is reasonably priced and the product itself is reliable and consistently delivers. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to improve their management process.

Overall, this product has improved our reporting abilities, the look of our documents, our project management abilities, and our interoffice communications. Couldn't ask for much more.

Its an ugly and awkward interface - and most of all, the app is difficult to use.

The price is great and it seems to have all the functionality and ability most of the higher price services do.

I believe that this software has some amazing potential which is why I would love to see the finished product. I think that is definitely user friend as long as you aren't afraid of software.

They do have software the exports to most accounting systems which I thought was super useful.

I would definitely look at this software. The interfaces are great and the graphics are nice looking.

We have to correct for rounding errors manually.

Error code from Links to QB don't have an index and you have to google them most times.

Limited ability to make the software work for your particular processes. Link to Quickbooks, US based does not work particularly well with Canadian taxes.

That said, on-boarding new employees isn't always the easiest thing.

There has to be a daily time allotment. If you don't use on a daily basis you will lose the know how.
