Okta stands out for its flexibility and high levels of identity management security. It fits very well into the enterprise infrastructure and the centralized administration process facilitates secure access to applications and cloud environments. 

Powerful and flexible identity management

I like the dashboard of being able to create schedules and calendars of employees assigned to certain after hour responsibilities. When the password prompts you to reset, it won't allow it. It will ask for a security phrase that I was told "has no answer" so you'll never get back in and you have to reach out to customer service to have it reset. None of the security questions you pick are relative.

Okta is a great app to simplify accessing to working tools, you only need to open ur Okta account instead of logging in to working tools individually which takes more time and more passwords, Okta also provides high security for users and companies using double authentication to login

I recommend using this excellent security tool as it has a lot of integrations for 2FA and provides my company with a wide range of configurations that could be customized on the unit/division level. 

I am amused with the SSO feature and how it saves my time

It oversees SAML, Single Sign On, and other authentication methods. With less danger of password leaking, we can dramatically cut down on the time we invest logging into various platforms and products. It takes less training for new users and gives them fewer bookmarks to manage. I simply appreciated how easy it was to rapidly log into numerous applications using the same login credentials because it uses multifactor authentication. Additionally, it saves a lot of time and facilitates efficient work. As a cloud-based service, Okta contains dictionaries that list the users who have access to certain applications. Thus, it is safeguarding my privacy.

Experience has been very positive. I access most of the Apps in Okta from home. For those Apps that I cannot access, I'll just wait until I come back to the office to use them, or bring my work laptop home. Okta has made working remotely more convenient.

OKTA makes work easier. I will admit that I was skeptical when IT announced the use of a new software, but I am pleasantly surprised and a little impressed by the ease of use and the usefulness of the product.

Overall, OKTA is a great tool and the benefits outweigh the cons because of it's ease of access and centralized set-up. It's almost like an App Intranet or Library. There aren't any wild features that blow you away, but it does it's job and does it well.

Okta gives us a centralized place to manage those passwords, automates the integration of Active Directory authorization and authentication, and it also helps employees discover what services are available to us.
