BlockCypher is a cloud-based platform, which helps enterprises build blockchain applications with web APIs and callbacks. Its APIs enable users to interact with multiple blockchains and retrieve data from the block, receive notifications about unconfirmed transactions, and request multiple signature transactions.
Individuals can use BlockCypher API to create and decode transactions and deploy contracts. The platform allows businesses to retrieve data on specific addresses and get unique payment one-time addresses that forwards automatically. The transactions, blocks, and double-spend Webhook provide notification on any blockchain event. Its metadata API stores both public and private key-value pairs against blocks, addresses, and transactions.
With its wallet API, users can build and modify multiple-address-watching and hierarchical deterministic (HD) wallets. The Transaction API determines how to generate or send transactions and embed data into the blockchain. It includes a confidence factor, which offers an accurate measure of the likelihood of double-spend against unconfirmed transactions.
