Right now I am using casetext to support a complaint to the State Bar panel &discipline panel related to the misconduct of the unscrupulous attorneys opposing me who make it a practice of concealing information in discovery, misrepresenting the facts, evidence, and court record to the court or meeting ex-parte with the judge to affect the outcome of the proceedings.

The search results are easy to identify as to the source and type, so you can look at a brief or look at the opinion.

These are very serious charges, and being able to use casetext to cite specific cases, statutes, and the ABA Standards for imposing lawyer sanctions increases the credibility of my arguments substantially.

I feel like it takes 25-33% of the time I used to spend on Westlaw to find the same or better case law because the search function is superior, and the structure of the results allows me to much more efficiently find what I need.

More frequently,  a case will not cross-reference or show pagination for a parallel reporter, or can be found in one reporter only, but not the other, parallel produce.

I like how it comes with multiple jurisdictions, plus the ability to upload files and search keywords automatically.

Parallel search feature helps a lot as my skills in writing Boolean queries are limited.

Also, navigating through a document that has come up on a search is very intuitive, and I have had no difficulty fully utilizing the software despite never having done any training.   And, despite its expansive search capabilities, it is very inexpensive for a user.

I just completed an Appellate Brief and Casetext really made it quick and easy for me to find cases that were on point.  

I found the use of CARA especially useful in instances, and found  CaseText overall much more friendly and expedient than either Lexis or West products, both of which I have previously used.  

I refer to CaseText when I have an issue I need to brief of need a quite citation for, but I do not use it every day.
