What I like the most about Gumlet is that it allows so much customization in order to better serve your audience, and at the same time protect your video content from the ones with less good intentions.

The platform’s uptime has been mostly stable, and all implemented devices have had fairly good DRM functionality. While the DRM features are working as intended, I believe that the documentation for those features might be expanded in scope, for instance, on how to address specific playback issues across multiple devices.

The increase in reliability in support and the perfect uptime of the service has strengthened our confidence in using Gumlet for critical business functions.

Most video hosting platforms dont have this feature. Whether I communicated in the morning or night, their support team was always available to take my questions via live chat.

It needs a little more attention as its a page I use a lot when sharing content with clients and it does not reflect the gumlet look and feel.

Coming from Vimeo Plus, I actually made the steps to move to Gumlet before Vimeo suddenly increased the amount of space in their Plus subscription. As I was already in midst of moving files and embeds over to Gumlet, I continued and honestly the process was pretty easy.

The learning Curve for me ...Gumlet can be a bit overwhelming at first because of the number of features and settings available.

Maybe I'm overseeing things, but I miss the option to organize the video's in multiple directories within a single directory (with parent > child directories).

Some of the documentations are not explained thoroughly, sometimes some of the function may face minor bugs, one of the case happened to me was unable to verify custom domain CNAME, although the cname has already set on my DNS zone editor

The ability to control thumbnails, captions, and privacy settings from one screen is genuinely helpful.

No complaints about infinite loops when buffering video, and I feel safe with my videos being protection with the additional Digital Rights Management (DRM) layer of security.

Being new in the course creation world I like that I can have all of my course videos on one platform especially with the LTD.
