The only other option, short of cancelling the card I had on file with them, was to cancel their service 10 months early and not receive the full year's service I paid for.

Had my site hacked, the hack was not prevented by the level of service I paid for and Sitelock could not assist me with the remedy unless I paid more money. I ended up resolving the problem myself.

It's extremely comforting knowing that I don't have to worry about malware attacks anymore. Their customer service is great, which just makes the whole experience that much better.

The experience itself is good. It makes it easy to manage multiple sites at once, it makes it easy to manage your plugins and themes, to copy, migrate and backup.

If you have the budget and multiple sites, it's sure to be a great solution.

The problem is that many functions come from servers external to your site, this increases the latency, also its core is quite heavy even for local functions, it seems to drag an elephant.

It's difficult to say what I don't like about Jetpack. I don't have anything that I would list as a con.

Nearly every little feature comes with individual monthly costs. I'd be more likely to buy something and own it rather than pay rent.
